TD Bank S Liberty Dr, Stony Point

This is my local TD bank right near the plaza by where I live. I like that they keep later hours than normal banks. That's convenient so that I can bank later in the day if need be. Friday seems to be really busy here. Overall I would say the service here is quick and easy. Staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs. Definitely better than other banks I’ve visited in the area!

horrible management at this branch! i came into the drive through for a certified check. i provided all of the necessary information and told them i can provide any other information and proof as needed. the branch manager, Gisella Sposato, refused to give me a certified check from my own account. They stated that "they were not comfortable" with the transaction. Basically denying me of taking out my own money. horrible experience, they wasted my time(30min) as i was in a rush. i went to another TD a few miles away and they were super nice, friendly, and helpful. also took them only 10 mins to verify my identity amd provide me the check! avoid this horrible location at all costs. Corporate should investigate this branch and their management. i felt discriminated against.

Will i have to say this went i call them they say they don't speak spanish since my family is spanish an i had to call another phone number

Excellent experience every time I go to the bank. This branch and Nanuet also when I used to go to the Garnerville one

too many overdraft fees , wont help me out of a negative balance because of fees Not understanding people

I've had a terrible time with this bank. Had an account for years, but the fees are very predatory. Also had an experience where the teller treated me like a criminal while trying to deposit a check - accusing me of trying to deposit the same thing twice, which wasn't true. Same teller gave off bad vibes on other occasions as well. The people in the offices were friendly and I had some fine interactions with them, but ultimately I found another bank to go to because this one is intolerable.

No longer a convenient bank, hours keep changing to less and less hours.

Honestly speaking, I'm not so happy with them. My family members got ridiculous charge for overdraft (over $400) because they charged $30 or something for each overdraft transaction. What's the point of having overdraft? I hope they can review their service themselves and make improvement before I move to other bank...

I wish I could give this TD 0 stars. Service is atrocious. Absolutely no management here.

Cool bank. They let you bring in your spare change.
