This is the worst keybank in the Rockland area. The lines are always so long and slow. The bankers seems to only care when you have money in your accounts otherwise they are too “busy”. The manager Ana is the worst. Rude, incompetent and fake. Stay away.

This bank could care less about customer service. They will gladly leave a very long line, refusing to make eye contact w the customers waiting, as they finish their "work". Customers do not come first at this bank. They are slower than slow and behind the times. Stay away

I was planning to open an account for my convienant store but I refuse to give my business to a place that would refuse to exchange pennies when there is one customers in your branch. I'll go to Chase instead. Curious what makes your pennies only for your holders. BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A POTENTIAL CLIENT (which everyon is)!
Hi Bo - we're sorry to see that you won't be choosing us to open your account, but I'd like to offer an explanation. When Key counts coins they are sent out of the branch to a department that handles the counting of coins/money. Once the coins are counted, the amount is deposited to a checking/savings account that is currently held at KeyBank. Because coins are not counted in the branch, we aren't able to count coins for a non-Key client. ^ JJ

The ATM is always under maintenance. I’ve come by on a number of occasions needing to deposit or withdraw funds and the machine is broken or no funds are available. This really needs to be fixed it is a huge inconvenience

KeyBank is a wonderful part of the North Rockland Community, directly on route 9W. I know several managers of that branch, including Miguel and Marlon. Both great individuals, and they run the branch well! They are also very focused on building relationships with the local businesses and residents of the North Rockland area. Highly recommended.

Horrible! The platform people pressured me on unnecessary products if I wanted that I’d go to the mall and get bothered by the kiosk. Stick with chase fast and convenient!
