Marsha Webb and her team at New Century Income Tax are the best in the business. They are smart, courteous and professional. I've been using thier services exclusively for over 5 years. Marsha not only handles my taxes, but she has helped me improve my finances through coaching, and financial planning. I do like the service I received. Marsha and her associate do their best to be professional. I was overall satisfied with my preparation. However, two years in a row I had not recieved my NJ state taxes since I have filed at New Century Tax in Bloomfield. Since that was something that had never happened to me in my history of filing my taxes with other preparers before I became weary. I did have a pleasant experience speaking on the phone with her associate yesterday trying to move forward with straightening all of it. I went to check my email for the copy of my transactions which had not yet been sent to me as per our discussion. I called the location and nobody answers because they had particular hours. My patience, supreme during this time... Once the email arrived I went to the office Marsha recommended and it was recorded that NJ state had a collectors plan to withhold my earnings 2019 in order to pay for outstanding tickets to The Commission Of DMV. Do go to Marsha if you want nice, top of the line service. Also, her office and the appearance of her domain is clean. #goodandtrue

Marsha Webb is the BEST. She has really helped me get every penny in places that the other tax programs would miss. She is always up to date with the newest tax rules and answers questions along the way (I had quite a lot since I was opening a new small business). And most importantly... SHE IS 100% HONEST AND LEGAL! You can fully trust her to handle all your details.

Ms. Web is professional however, she did not help give me a good refund. Second she told me the wrong refund amount. Her fees are high for what she offers. And when I went to a new account to fix my taxes, she did not put a copy of the taxes in the folder. So I have to track her Dow for my info! Will not be back.
