Bank of America Financial Center Ridgewood Ave, Glen Ridge

This branch is full of incompetence. Had to book an appointment over a month in advance and the morning of a representative called trying to cancel the appointment and asking what business we have. When we showed up for our appointment, they had taken a later appointment before us, told us it would only take one second, and over 40 minutes later we were still waiting. We had this appointment to deal with misinformation employees of this branch gave the last time we came in. It is astounding how awful and incompetent everyone who works here is!

I went with my boyfriend today because he needed help with his bank mobile app. The representatives took all their time to help us out. They were very patience and helpful with us. Thank you for the excellent service!

You should be ashamed of yourselves! One person working the window on a Friday when there is a line out the door. Get more staff!!! I just stormed out after wasting far too much of my time. Just awful!

The most racist bank I was rejected service just because of my skin

The bank tellers and staff are kind and professional but the wait is long. Very long. The bank itself is old and antiquated as it needs to be remodeled. If you must visit the bank be prepared to wait.

This location is always backed up. Lines out the door. Very nice tellers but completely understaffed. Not fair to the employees or customers.

This branch is terrible!!!! It's the slowest bank I've ever been to. I've only been here a handful of times but every time has been a bad experience. Today I was waiting for like 1/2 hr and a teller finally opened up and never called me over. So, after a fair amount of time passed, I approached him and he said in a rude tone " um,I'm not ready for you yet" is that how you treat customers? You can at least be polite. The wait is usually around 20-30 minutes because there are only ever two tellers working whilst the other employees are doing god knows what. Most of the time they are socializing. People waiting on line are always complaining. I don't often write reviews but I hope Bank of America HQ checks google and does something about this branch. I'm considering switching banks because of this location- it's the only convienent one for me. Ridiculous.

Do not use this location. Everytime I have gone into this branch there is a long line and only one or two tellers. I live right next to this location which makes it convenient but not work my time. I mentioned the line and time it takes to the manager and their comment was to bank online. For one of my accounts I can't. It is sad that customer service no longer exists.

My husband and I are customers for the past 2 years at the Bank Of America.We are very happy with everything with our credit cards checkin acct saving e.t.c The main reason that we stay royal with our Bank is the exellent customer service that we always from everybody and especially to Mrs.Sunita Jolly.She is the amazing very helpful , polite ,and always with that smile that she makes you feel like you are family!!!!!! Thank you for everything Mrs Jolly and keep the amazing job that you doing !!!
