Camille was EXCELLENT!!! It didn't feel like a sales pitch. She was honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Only a couple of the other staff members acknowledged my presence, (if you weren't with them you couldn't even get a "hello" out of them). Geo the closer was great as well. He offered perks without shoving them down my throat. Overall the experience was quick and easy. Would recommend Camille anytime.

Michael was very friendly, efficient and the Nissan team worked quickly. The waiting area is spacious and clean, allowing for social-distancing. And the staff are friendly and happy which lent to a very positive experience. I came for replacement wheel locks and was in & out in under an hour. I plan to have my vehicle serviced here in the future.

The service center was extremely accommodating. I needed to work while I was getting my car repaired and they offered me a private sitting area where I could take my work calls. Also bought to my attention that I had a free oil change and gave me a credit to a free car wash. Love surprises!

The staff in the service department here are very helpful and professional. They will follow up with you if you need/ask and will make sure things are done properly. Service guys were exceptional. Mike D kept me informed throughout the process. They did a courtesy inspection too. However they did find 3 fluid levels low but did not top them off, which I thought was strange. At least notify me for approval. Overall I was happy and would recommend.

I usually never leave reviews but promised them I would for being honest and fair. Ian my salesman was very helpful and truthful about the used vehicle I purchased. The car (used) wasn’t perfect but he didn’t lie and promise me the world and told me like it was. The car had work done, all new tires, brakes and rotors. We agreed on a very reasonable price despite the terrible market currently. I never felt pushed or coerced into anything. He did everything he could to get me into the car I wanted. I recommend Lynne’s Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

My name is Anthony I own 2008 Nissan Frontier which to my knowledge appeared to have a mechanical problem, so I did what most people do and bring your vehicle to the “experts” who better that the actual dealer. After a few hrs getting diagnosed I was told I needed to change the radiator, thermostat, and transmission etc for $6,200… I obviously declined to have them basically take my hard earned money for a vehicle that is barely worth 7k. At this point I decided to get a second professional opinion and took the vehicle to a transmission specialist in Wallington NJ… As you can imagine the transmission was fine just needed a flush and a new radiator and hoses!!!!! $1,600 later the vehicle is now running like new. I’m very disappointed in the recommendations by Lynn’s Nissan mechanics but those are the facts. It appears to me that either they have unqualified auto mechanics or are lazy to actually do a thorough inspection of the vehicle. The service man behind the computer Michael D that simply relayed the information given to him was very professional. But he was now put in a position to give a customer bad information. The vehicle is my primary means of transportation so to be put in a position to spend a lot of money for an issue that doesn’t exist is reckless and irresponsible… I for sure will never look to purchased a Nissan vehicle again and definitely never take it to the dealership for service.. Maybe this was a one off but it was a very big misdiagnoses on their part…

I bought my 1st vehicle here in 2018 and knew I wanted to be a loyal customer here. I didn't like the 'service department' but the sales department, yes. Four years later, I went again for upgrades and a trade in and experience was not as pleasant 😐. I called management the next day and they corrected the issue 😊. The manager Dawn and salesperson Izzy and the Finance Man (🎉) made me a satified customer. I plan to return before winter to get my next vehicle.

The minute I walked in the door of Lynnes Nissan I was immediately greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff. Working with Camille in sales was an absolute pleasure. She was knowledgeable, diligent, and conscientious to my needs. Chris in finance was another star team member of Lynnes. He patiently reviewed the documents in detail to make me feel comfortable and confident. Finally my interaction with John Marerro during the entire process was more attention then I have ever received during a lease process. I ordered 4 new tires and scheduled to have them installed on April 19th. I called on April 18th and confirmed my appointment. On April 19th, I waited over an hour to be informed that only 2 of the 4 tires were in. I rescheduled my appointment for April 21. It took 3 1/2 hours to have 4 tires installed and an alignment. Once I left, the tire sensor came on and I had to return to have it re-programmed, another 30 minutes. I did ask for some sort of compensation and did receive a $38.00 rewards credit which was mine already from spending over $1,100 worth of work on my car and 2 free car washes.

I went to get my car serviced this past Saturday and told the service team that I am preparing to drive to South Carolina from NJ and wanted to make sure I was OK. They were timely, kind and replaced everything I didn't realize was wrong including. Brakes, rotors and brake light on the car. The entire team was professional and very friendly. My experience with Lynn's was the worst I've ever had in buying a car.. 1st of all the car doors were stained like they had been in water. I have taken my car for the same complaint 3 different times and no one ever said there was something wrong. Then I go to find out that my roters are rusted but the brake pads are fine. I've only owned the car for 10 months. They refuse to change the rotors And wanted to charge me I refused. I thought everything was under warranty for a year but I was wrong as usual.. I will never ever buy another car because I do not trust Lynn's and I do not trust their sales people or their service people. It's a rip off and I will make sure that I that I send my complaints to the Better Business Bureau And to Nissan corporate office.

I originally went to buyout my lease to Route 46 Nissan and was fed a bunch of lies. They tried to rip me off of thousands saying I couldn't do my buyout on my current lease unless I "certified" the car as used and that it would cost $4,800 and the dealer charges $2,900 as a processing fee with a $799. As well as an adminstration fee. That didnt include taxes and DMV fees. They told me I also had to give $1,500 down. I knew that I didnt need to certified the car before buying the lease out. They lied, so I left. I'm so glad I went to the Lynn's in bloomfield. I would recommend Ian. Ian was very honest. If I buy another car in the future, I will make an appointment with him. That's the way purchasing should be done. This is the 3rd nissan I purchase from this location. He had me out of there in an hour & a half. Doug in the finance department was also very informative and didn't try to scam me, very transparent. I was able to buy out my lease at the correct price no hidden fees, no money down. These two men made the experience of dealing with cars what it should be. 👍 Good job to Ian and Doug. I appreciate you both for making this a headache free transaction.

Not only did they not fix my car after saying they would and that they had the parts, they lied to me about it. I dropped it off on Saturday. They told us it needed 4 things done. They said they had the parts for 3 of those things and it would be done Monday or Tuesday . They had the car for 2 full business days and did NOTHING. I had to call repeatedly all day on Tuesday and never got a call back until I said I was just going to go there and be a pain. Then, when I had enough and just wanted to get my car they claimed that they DIDN'T have the parts and did NONE of the work. They also had the NERVE to charge over $100 for "diagnostics" and blamed Nissan.
David, I'm sorry our diagnostic fee upset you and that you felt misled in any way. This is never our intention. I went to Lynne’s in Bloomfield 2 days ago to buyout my lease and was prepared to be haggled like I was over a month ago. When I walked in Oberto offered to assist me. I told him exactly what I wanted to do and he got right on it. He didn’t stray from what I came in there for. Fast forward to today, we scheduled to meet after I got everything in order. Oberto had the paperwork ready, I met with finance (can’t remember his name but he was great as well) signed everything and walked out in less than an hour. Thanked them for not haggling me and told them how much I appreciated the experience.

My car was at the dealership for 3 days. Someone should have noticed that the seat belt buckles were not visible in the back row after taking the seats out to replace the carpet. I could not dig them out myself and will have to go back to the dealership again. This was a big issue as I didn't discover this until I went to pickup my family. That and they were supposed to remove a stain from the ceiling. Instead of telling me that it wasn't done my car was returned with that portion of the ceiling under the moonroof retracted.

Never would I go to this dealership again. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and they gave me temp tag. After a week I received a lot of tickets in the mail with the same temp tag # but different vehicle. Some else is driving around with the same temp tag as me and accumulating a bunch of tickets. I called Nissan to informed them on what's going on numerous of times but yet to receive any assistance. Nissan called me to pick up my plates only for me to realize when I got home my registration match my vehicle but has someone else name. This is confidential problem and at this point Nissan do not care of violating my confidentiality rights. The response I am receiving is their is no manager on today.

Really really terrible customer service is horrible. Car still feels the same after it was done. Had to come back & leave my there again after they told me it was done. They tried to overcharge me for something they did not do please make sure you pay attention and go over everything before paying. Or they would try to get you to pay money for non work on the vehicle. They changed to much for labor it’s unbelievable. I would never bring my car back there ever again! It didn’t mean to put a start they don’t deserve a star!

Am not happy about the mécanique who work in this shop , I bring my car because light engine come up and go ; I have one code that I give to the mécanique after two time theirs said cannot find problem but want charge 150 to check same time I service my car before for the anti freeze liquide my level is low was not refill my battery leak not attention from mécanique battery was replace to in this dealer what is going on when light come out any mécanique if do the job correct must have the code because my light come out more than one time and must be store in computer of the car any one who kwon mécanique kwon this I think the personne who work on my car was interested to make commission and no free job because am under warranty better bureau will be advice this time complaint will be file back

Michael was very efficient explaining the issues with my truck and laying out the cost of each and the importance of each, so I could make my decision as to what needed to get be addressed first. My only issue was with timing everything. I had a 7:30 AM appt and didn't get a call until after 3:00 PM while they did their diagnostic tests, and was then informed that any repairs would not be done that same day. They were however finished with the work the following day, when I had requested I needed my vehicle, and was provided shuttle service back and forth as necessary.

We have been trying to get vehicles for over 6 months. Between no stock and no dealerships willing to negotiate price, we had been unsuccessful ( until we found Lynnes). Our Salesman Ian was top notch. He was fun, personable, informative, and found us two vehicles that fit our budget. We had a great experience at Lynne’s Nissan. My husband and I were looking for a car as our second car for our family and Jon was fantastic. He was very friendly and personable which made our time at Nissan peaceful and calm. I had a servicing scheduled for this morning at 7:30am est. I was there about 30 mins early. The Gentleman still politely checked me in, prepped my paperwork, explained my complementary servicing, and escorted me to the waiting area. I was a bit tired, by the time I dozed off… my name was being called and I was all done. Best servicing appointment I’ve had with Nissan thus far. Good job I’ll be picking the first appointment all the time.

I would like to preface this with the fact that I have been bringing my 2015 Rogue to Lynnes service center for 7 years, since I bought it at Lynnes. I have never really complained about the prices, but the price of this service was absurd. I brought my car in for a regular maintenance and walked out with a $1200+ bill and that was with 15% off. I understand that my car is getting older and will need more maintenance, however, the price of labor at the Lynnes service center is unreal - the labor portion was over 72% of my bill. Additionally, I dropped my car off at 10am, had to get picked up by a family member and my car was not ready until 3:30pm. There are no loaner car options at this service center and had my ride not been able to pick me up, I would have had to sit in the lounge for 6 hours. The lounge was packed with people and with Omicron spreading, I would not have wanted to sit in that lounge longer than the few minutes I did. My service agent, Michael, was nice and probably the most well-mannered and polite service agent I've worked with over the past 7 years.

The service facility is nice and they greet you with you smile, which is rare these days. Yaly was my advisor and she explained the process in detail, my car was ready in about 1.5 hours and I got complimentary car wash coupon which was 2 blocks down the road. No issues/leakes after the service, the transmission feels like new, awesome work by Ronnie.

Initially I was happy, I was getting an oil change, tire rotated and recall check. I wasn’t expecting to be told I need a battery never had I never had a warning in the car. I asked why did I need this; I was told by a person who wasn’t the mechanic, the reason was that my car has been sitting and not driven a lot which is not true. They want me to come back and was given a list of other things that need to be serviced. I don’t know if I want to come back. 😫😖…very annoyed!!

Went to look at a used car there. Made an appointment so they would be expecting me and the car would be ready. Showed up on time and no one had any idea I had an appointment. Car was in another lot and took 20 min to arrive. When it did it was obvious that the online photos were photoshopped because it was scratched and dented from front to back on passengers side. The inside was filthy as well. Salesman had no answers and was a just a waste of time and unprofessional. Skip this dealership. There’s plenty of others!!!

Multiple finish dates blown, promises to call back that didn’t materialize; I was literally told, on the 12th day they had the car, that I was less important than other customers. To make matters worse, the service department doesn’t return messages- and that’s when their mailbox isn’t full, or when the department picks up the phone at all. Talking to the employees isn’t much better: being told that “your service advisor just isn’t available, maybe try again in an hour,” or “your service advisor is off today, but he’ll be back tomorrow,” is less than helpful. It shouldn’t be hard to get answers about what’s happening to a car they’re theoretically servicing. I’ve previously used other dealerships in the area, with much better results, and I’ll certainly be going elsewhere next time.

Spoke to Ariana was told there were vehicles to test drive and a $500 deposit would be needed to secure the vehicle in transit so I made an appointment to test drive similar vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership I met with a random salesman who knew nothing about my employment appointment or the vehicle I was interested in I asked that he speak to Ariana which he did and then informed me there were no vehicles to test drive and it would be $1,000 deposit to hold the vehicle that is in transit ! Very misleading dealership very unprofessional staff and totally unprepared dealership ! Would not recommend !

My experience wasn't gd. I still have issues with the tempeture gauge and everytime I took the vehicle back it was other issues that suddenly popped up with the original issue that i still have. Secondly their was front damage to my gront area where my light is and right fender. They claim that it was there and it wasn't. I took my car there 3 times and i check my car before I leave. I recently had to file a report due to damage to car..I BELIEVE THATS WHY MY CAR STAYED THERE ALL THEM DAYS.

1 hour to change the oil. and when the vehicle is delivered to me, it has all 4 window panes down, the sunroof open, the seat moved and the steering wheel moved! there is no need to do all that. it is very obvious what they did.

Lynne’s Nissan City service representative saved my car from ruin. Personally, they went above and beyond their professionalism to advise the completion of my repairs. I was in consistent contact about the transmissions issues which came to a resolve in about a weeks time. I suggest Lynne’s Nissan City especially if you need the work done right away. Service department at Lynne’s continue to keep my car running especially with the completion of todays’ June 15, 2022 repairs specifically in reference to the exhaust, accelerator, throttle, and computer update. From what I can hear, sounds more silent now as well as the return of acceleration to my drive.
