After all is said and done, I can confidently state that the overall experience with Rachna was pleasant and void of stress. Why do I say this? Well our first Loan Officer (who works for a different institution) pre-approved us without incident for several months. But when it came to getting the loan, we discovered (as well as he) that we did not qualify. Had our Loan Officer done his due diligence to begin with, then my wife an I would not have gone through the ordeal that we did. After this emotional hardship, our Realtor recommended Rachna!
