this is the worse company to ever come to I promise. staff is very unprofessional. a lady literally just told me if I keep talking to her crazy she wasn’t going to transfer me to speak to anyone else. when I got my car repoed they added on so many fees that I have never heard of before. i ended up paying the amount I owed and still had to wait over a week to get my car back. I do not refer anyone to come to this company. it’s such a scam from left to right. they do not care about they customers or anything they have going on. they only care about the money. if I could give zero stars I promise I would.

Worst company I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with. They only allow you to make your payments by mail in check or over the phone. No autopay features whatsoever. I call in every month the day before my due date and wait on hold for 30-45 minutes to get ahold of a representative. I have to call 3-4 times because there system will automatically hang up on you after 5-10 minutes. The most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Worst service, unprofessional agents, they tend to make fun of customers and be careful because they will mess up your account, they do not apply your payments correctly. If you ask to speak with a manager they simply say no! They will give you tons of excuses but that’s all

Well they get 4 I would give one but the won the other three due to the fact that. When I couldn’t pay they did work with me. I told them the situation. They advice that when my vehicle would get impounded I should contact them. Well this is the reason I was gonna give one star. My car did got impounded. I called them they say they could get the car or I could get it myself. I was gonna get myself but I was struggling with the money. So I decided to let them get it. When they did. They got the car under a repo order. So they took it and found out they where gonna empty all my stuff from the car. I said wait a minute impound companies don’t do that why you guys do that. They said cause they thought I wasn’t gonna get the car back I said yes I was. I called you so you can get it out of the impound not for you to take it as repo. I’m paying what I need to pay to get the car back. I’m not gonna loose it. It was a mess. Point is not only did they had my stuff on bags already but I had to pay that towing company to get it out. It made it more expensive. Then I was gonna originally get charge on the original impound company. They gave the car back and they did work with me the gave me a month no pay to get back on my feet. Reason I gave the extra 3 stars. But lesson learned I’ll never gonna call them again if my car gets impounded again. I rather get out myself then to have them take it out. You’ll end up paying more if you do.

Not sure why people have all these problems with first credit...I am on my second car loan with them, paid first car off and by luck walked into a place that used them. They never bother me, they never threaten me, they have never been mean to me or talked to me rudely...they have helped me, they have approved me with bad credit, they always always ALWAYS work with me! I take a minute to communicate with them when I'm late but when I do finally they have always worked with me! I wish they had a website to pay online but no complaints at all they are a very good finance company. No one paid me and I know no one that works there, this is my honesty review.

This financial service is a joke it’s unprofessional as unprofessional can get! The females that work there have the worst customer service and they have this nasty attitude on the phone. If it’s your first time buying a car or have bad credit please save yourself a headache and use another financial service . Please do your research before signing anything with this people THEY WILL repo your car without hesitation even if it’s your first time making a late payment.

I've been paying monthly for over a year now. I have not missed one single payment and always pay on time. Only once was I ever a few days late, because I was waiting on my check. Since the start I've had problems about my birthday being incorrect in the documentation (this was due to my insurance agent). However, we tried to fix the problem right away and our Agent faxed them the corrections. We thought everything was fixed as they kept taking my payments without any problems. A few months later they once again told me they had incorrect information. I told them that our insurance guy faxed them the papers and I was told they were never received. Since I work I asked my mom to pay a visit to our insurance agent to make sure he sent the documents again. Which he did, right in front of her. The second problem was with one of my payments which I mailed out. For days we kept getting call, after cal,l after call that WE DIDN'T SEND ANYTHING. I was so worried because it is quite a good amount of money. I couldn't sleep and I kept getting anxiety attacks from over worrying; Only to come and find out that they just hadn't checked their mail yet, hence the reason they couldn't find my payment. The most recent one was a few days ago. I always ask my mom to call and make my payments as I am not allowed to use my phone while at work. All my mom needed to do was MAKE A PAYMENT. Again the very first issue I explained above re-surfaced. When my mom tried to explain to them the issue, the person taking her call would not let her and wanted to speak over her. He kept telling to let him speak, why wouldn't she let him speak, that he needed to finish speaking. My mother told him all she was trying to do was to explain the issue. What I can't calmly fathom was the way he treated/ spoke to her next. He said: "people with manners know very well to let others speak" "this is why you(r) (kind of) people never advance in life" "WE DON'T NEED YOU, YOU NEED US" "you people need the money and later on you can't even make the payments" My mom replied: "if you say people need have manners then you should start with yourself" "I just called to make a payment, are you going to take my payment or not?"... Then he hung up on her. My mom was going to leave it at that since she was furious, but she knew the payment needed to be made and she called back. When another lady answered her my mom asked if SHE could help her and make the payment through her; to which the lady answered yes. However, all she did was transfer my mom to the same individual who insulted her. My mom did not want to speak with him and told him so. He told her "you wanted to speak, so speak. Go on and speak" My mom once again said "I do not want to speak to you, will you be taking my payment or not?" again, he rudely repeated his words. To which my mother once again asked if he would take the payment or not. He had no other choice but to take the payment. Due to this disgusting individual my payment is late now. If they try to excuse themselves by ever saying my mom was the rude one, I can only say my Insurance agent was treated in the same manner. This is the worst experience my mom has been through with any company, she no longer wants to have anything to do with these people. I too am appalled by the way my mother was treated when all she wanted was to make the payment they so desperately want. I will be re-financing my car and will look for a PROFESSIONAL PLACE with ETHICS. Please think twice before you are financed with this place.

Worst service ever Cannot provide me with information about the policy stating they cannot help incompetent and very rude Management has no training whatsoever how to communicate on a situation saying it is illegal for them to provide me with the policy information And refuse to say new copies of the documents saying they do not have access to that what a ridiculous company to work for

Almost done with them(6more payments left). Never had a problem with them, they give you time to pay if you’re late. I didn’t like the customer service some girl had on the phone with me so i just never answer their calls or deal with them on the phone. I wish they actually had a website to pay them directly instead of doing a third party type payment. I see a lot of bad reviews here, and a couple of good reviews but some of them are fake. Maybe they are trying to fix their reviews themselves 😂. Good luck everyone, i fixed my credit so i will never deal with a sketchy company again. I Hope i dont have to come back to this post to lower the rating.

Update: Finished paying my car June 3rd, 2021! It took exactly 4 weeks for my pink slip to come in! Very satisfied! Thank you First credit finance!! This is a True review; didn’t get paid” to leave a positive review! Financed a car back in 2015 when no one else would finance me, First Credit was there ! I only need about 6 months to finish, just wanted to come on here and say I’ve never had a problem with them. They were/are always sooo helpful, circumstances happen in life and they always worked with me. You simply just need to keep communication with them. The ladies can be sorta rude, but young gentlemen by the name of Hector is always a great help! Don’t know why they have a lot of negative reviews. Btw payments were easy to make through any “Pay near me service” : CVS; 7 Eleven

This horrible so-called finance company told my daughter that they would move her late payment to the end of her contract. She came out of her apartment to find her car repossessed. When she called crying, Oscar told her rudely there is nothing they can do about and hung-up on her. I AM CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY RIGHT NOW. SHAME ON THESE SCANDALOUS BUSINESSES. ALSO CONTACTED THE BBB.

I just got a car financed through them and every interaction with them so far has been very professional. They are very helpful in answering all my questions and making sure I understand what they need from me. So far so good. I also want to say how grateful I am for them financing me at all when no one else would. They really are working for the customer.

I've waited 5 years for this time. Thank God. If you are like me and didn't have stellar credit this company will finance you (unfortunately). I pray you read this before you sign the contract. These people would not allow me to make a change in my payment date so I had to pay late every month due to the way I get paid. So unbeknownst to me all this interest accrued on my balance. I was about 6 months due to finally make my last payment and I would call every month and ask when and how much is my final payment they said December (multiple times). The car I financed through them the transmission went on it so I bought another vehicle right around the time that they told me I'd be done. Lo and behold they hit me with close to 600.00 dollars AFTER I MADE MY LAST PAYMENT. I asked why? They said interest fees for bieng late. I was taking back and I've NEVER been late more than 30 days. Never missed a payment. Now comes the funny part after you make your final payment with your bank card they told me that it takes 6months to get the title. The only way to get the title faster (2 weeks) is to pay by check. I'm telling you run away while you still can. If you have ever been burned by the company give me a thumbs up so others can see I'm not lying.

I haven't had any problems with them. As long as your pay your bill, they don't bother you. All finance companies have issues, they are good compared to a lot of other fu**ed up finance companies I have used in the past. First Finance just wants their money just like ever other company or bill collector. Just pay your bill and there won't be a problem!!!!!!

I have requested my complete account history 3 times over the last 9 months, I don’t know why that is is so complicated to understand, but they keep sending my just the payment history. Incompetent
