Loan mart instructed me to put a lien on my vehicle as part of the process. After putting the lien of my vehicle. Days has went by and haven't received a loan yet. When I have a title search done, it shows that they do have a lien. On my vehicle but they did not approve me for a loan. As of now they just own my title/vehicle.

If I can give no stars I would. This company just SCREAMS fraud. Giving me such a hard time just to receive a letter stating the lien has been paid. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.

Two days of numerous emails, photos, calls, text messages end result? More stress than I was originally for the money I wanted to borrow against title on my car.

I have had three loans through 800 loan Mart and choice cash and I was treated with respect kindness to fashion I'm a veteran with some mental health issues so they had a challenge with me and I have successfully paid off two loans and on my third and I like doing business with these folks and I will recommend them to anybody who asks oh especially Javier he did hella good and you need to give him a raise cuz you don't want me to come and kick it down your front porch love you guys

After numerous attempts to give these guys all of the information they need (which took them 3 days to tell me) I was finally approved for a $16K loan and that they were going to pay off an existing title loan I got. I choose to just get $12K (by mistake) and then was told that I was going to get the funding that day. But it was all a lie!!! Every time they told me that they were gonna call me back they didn’t!! Every time they told me that I was gonna get the funding they didn’t give it. They I just recently called them and told them I made the mistake and should have took the $16K and they told me no!!! After all the lies and run around they did to me you would think that they would help me but no. I should have stayed at title max!!!

This place was excellent low on cash and was able to get my money same day. Keylin was very patient and professional with me. I recommend you guys check them out!

This place made it very difficult for me. I spoke with several agents and all of them gave me different directions/information until one guy named Fernando, made me walk-in to the DMV and wait for several hours just to be told that I did not need to go in person. Silvina and Juvenal were as helpful as they could be, so I appreciate their effort in at least sounding like they cared. However, Fernando was definitely the kind of rep that makes a client feel like turning away from LoanMart. Juvenal was my original loan officer. Him and Silvina were at the very least, much more pleasant to speak to. I don’t usually write reviews, but the public should know that this place isn’t as easy and quick as they claim to be.

Worst experience of my life. Loan was suppose to be for 2k ended up being way more after submitting all my info and documents. 2 days after getting the loan; I was already getting calls about paying. They will call you everyday 2+ times . From so many different numbers.

Maryza Provenzano did a great job getting me through the entire process and she took time to follow up with me to make sure everything went well. Everyone I talked to was very helpful from start to finish. I appreciate you all for being available in my time of need. Keep up the good work and I would definitely recommend this company for the service they provide.

Kelyn and her team were great . There were a couple problems I had with title and registration that Kelyn was amazingly able resolve . I know I would not have got the loan with out specifically Kelyn’ and her experience and knowledge on how to get past these obstacles. Thank you Kelyn and your team

Priscilla and Shawnt were so helpful and kind. They knew I was super stressed about getting a loan and they calmed me down and made me feel comfortable. I was able to get the money right away. They really saved me!

What a relief. I was having some financial problems, and needed some money within a couple of hours. I called into their office, and spoke with Stephen, who helped me get $3500 that same day. The people in the office were so nice and friendly. I'd recommend these guys to anyone! Thanks LoanMart!

I would not recommend LoanMart at all. In a time of a crisis they offer zero help what so ever. You would expect some sort of relief help due to Covid-19 but no. You are stuck on $300 plus on payments of pure interest with about like $10 going to the principle if you are looking for an auto loan I do not recommend them at all. If you are looking for an auto loan I recommend you looking into “Oportun”.
