Keith Sargent and team are the Best, recently I’ve sold and bought my second home with in 3months. I went to Keith for help with refinancing our home, everything was going so smooth. I then asked questions on selling our home and he was so informative that I decided to sell our home. He than referred me to a realtor who was amazing from beginning to end. I've done 1 new mortgage and two refi's with Keith and his team in the last 6 years. All three times were super smooth and efficient, even in the pandemic. He found us the best rate and loan type for our situation and uses the latest technology for signing docs. You have the option of getting a thumb drive in addition a physical copy of your mortgage which is nice. The team was immensely helpful and the process for the refi's was extremely streamlined.
