Stacie is so great to work with! I have done 3 loans with her and will work with her again if I ever have another loan. She is very responsive, knowledgeable and consistent! She responds to email, phone calls or texts promptly. Stacie answers my questions with detail and always makes me feel like my questions are valid. Intercap has a great website that makes it easy to upload documents, and Stacie sent emails to let us know which stages we were currently working towards on the loan.
