I closed on my home today which I funded with Burt, Hollie and the Intercap team. I'm telling you, if you want your loan to fund on time and get the best deal you need to use these guys. I have been building a house for the last 15 months and I was being pressed very hard to go with the builder's preferred lender. I decided to get 2 other quotes, and Burt blew my builder's preferred lender out of the water. On top of that, this guy will do whatever it takes to get your loan done.

Burt Hoagland did a great job! We ran into a situation where the purchase price was over the appraised value. However, Burt was able to still obtain the interest rate that we were working for and our monthly mortgage payments are actually a little lower than the original estimate. We did have to come up with a little more money down but it was no where near the dollar gap between the purchase price and the appraisal value. We did run into a little hiccup with regards to the rate lock expiring 1 day earlier than the planned closing date but we were still able to get all the docs signed and notarized and Cash to Close hit the bank in time so all was good. I will use Burt again in the future and would easily recommend his services to anyone in need.

She was extremely organized and ensured i submitted all the right documents needed by underwriting. Its largely due to her efforts that we were able to close in three weeks after making the offer.
