Kyle was amazing! He worked very well with my realtor to get everything finalized. He was always available when my realtor or myself had questions or wanted updates. He responded to all emails or texts immediately. He made my 1st home buying experience a great one! I would definitely work with him again! I highly recommend his services! Even my realtor said he is one of the best lenders she has ever worked with!

I have bought and sold a lot of homes but have never had such a positive experience with the lending side as I have had with Torrey and his team. This by far has been one of the worse mortgage companies with regards to communication. These guys dropped the ball on making sure there was a check to pay for their mandated flood insurance at closing. When an email was sent to Daniel, Clint, Mario, Esmeralda and Lauren asking them to let us know where the flood check was, it was met with silence. No professional communication to say, "Thank you for letting us know. We will get back to you and let you know where the check is or if it was even written." Find someone else to do your loan with.

Let me just say how I had the worst experience with Jenny Staton. First off I am a first time home buyer and someone recommended her to me . She initially communicated through text (First Red Flag). No introduction as to how she could help or the steps to get approved . She had me complete a application and then due to a holiday I didn't hear from her for a couple days . I would have to contact her to ask for status of the application and so forth(2nd red flag) She finally called to tell me I wasn't approved . I asked what other options did I have she said none . When I tell you this lady is so rude and inconsiderate. I had two other friends that are also looking to purchase a home that I was going to recommend based off my experience. Please do customer etiquette training with Jenny from the block . I wouldn't recommend a soul to this place.After telling her I was not satisfied with her professionalism she hung up in my face.

Where to start. My process was not easy with the builder but on the loan side Torrey did an amazing job answering all my questions at any time I needed assistance. This was my first time getting a mortgage and Saba and her team were very responsive. We were on a really short timeline to close on the home and Network Funding, LP accommodated us and helped us get into our new home. The only thing i would point out is that as a first time buyer there were things i did not understand financially in the process that could have been explained to me a little better so i was more informed during the process. It seemed like they assumed at times that we knew all the stuff. Can't blame them as they probably deal with this stuff on a daily basis with so many people but just something to keep in mind. We had a great experience working with Network Funding, LP (Saba and team) and would recommend them to others!

Working with Matt and his staff was great. He always responded to emails and texts, even after work hours. This was far beyond what I would expect. There was one time my realtor called me after the "9 to 5" work hours and informed me she needed a document updated immediately. I sent Matt a request, not expecting a reply until the next morning. To my delight, he called me back and had the document updated and emailed to me and my realtor in less than 5 minutes. This was not an isolated incident, and thanks to Matt and his staff, the home buying process was a less stressful and a more pleasant process.

Saba and her team are fantastic! I bought a brand new home and got preapproved by Saba's team 6 months before closing. 45 Days before closing, Saba reached out and her team diligently collected documentation needed by the underwriter to approve my loan. Due to backups in underwriting the closing date was pushed back twice, and including the weekend, it was only pushed back by a total 5 days. The transaction was extremely smooth. Saba's team communicated issues with me, my agent, the title company, and the seller. Keeping the lines of communication open really helped make the process as easy as possible. So this was my first time ever refinancing a home and I wasn't certain how this experience would go. I recently worked with Ania and her team to secure a home loan. They were easy to get in contact with and work with. They were able to work with me and compare loan rates, etc. They were able to match competitors rates and had lower closing costs. The only drawback was the closing day - the lender paperwork didn't have my wife on the deed/title, and we spoke about that, so I'll have to spend time and money to remedy that.
