Working with Mark at Network Funding was amazing! He was so responsive, and efficient. It's great to have a good team to make home purchase smooth and Mark made that happen. You want to have a great agent, realty lawyer, and a mortgage lender, and 2 out of 3 teams were great and that included Mark. We went through the whole home buying process out of state, and Mark made that transition smooth. He helped us get pre-approved quickly, and also sat down (over phone) and explained to us carefully our options on the loan amount, term, APR. Answered all the questions I've had. Even when nearing closing, when I had any questions, I would always include Mark because unfortunately my lawyers were not very responsive. I would highly recommend Mark, would use him again if I moved somewhere else or to my friends and family! Thank you Mark!!

If I could give a zero I would. I closed in April and Network Funding still hasn’t paid the escrow for my Homeowners insurance which was due at closing. The unpaid bill went so long that my insurance was on the brink of being cancelled. I had to pay the entire premium myself to avoid cancellation. Stay away. Find a reliable mortgage company.

Mark and his team are very responsive and knowledgeable of mortgage options. They know their stuff and do their homework. Just completely tell them your situation and they will go to work to find the best solution for your needs.
