When we first started looking into homes, Covid was fresh out and the market was ehh. We reached out to two other lenders prior and they seemed like they didn’t want to help. So, I took a chance on Total Mortgage and was very happy we did because Darren got us approved in such a small time frame. He told us what we would expect and the next steps. He hooked us up with a personal banker and real estate agent. The process was seamless with the exception of the realtor, Darren quickly responded and provided us with an even better realtor. Darren Kaplan of Total Mortgage is the man. I had a good team working with me as I needed, in the clutch to find and buy a home after an unsuccessful mortgage process. However, I must emphasize Darren was the greatness that kept it all together and moving forward.
