Great customer service. I am a customer of another credit union (out of state) member, called this shared branch to get notary of a document, the lady i spoke was very nice and told they will do it, when i went there the notary greeted me as soon as i enter into the branch and did a notary, asked me if I need a copy and i said yes, he made a copy of the document. Great people, appreciate the help and would recommend Neighborhood Credit Union to friends. I usually go to the driver through teller and the staff are always friendly and prompt, never had any issue with this Branch.

Jose Guerrero is very talented, provided great customer service and very fast in the process for my loan application. It was undoubtedly a great experience. He was very helpful and explained me every detail very precisely. I have already recommended my family, friends and co-workers to the NCU for personal loan, auto and different accounts through Jose. I had the privilege of working with Jose Guerrero on my auto car loan a week ago. It was the best car buying experience ever. Right when my husband and i walked into the credit union Jose greeted us with a big smile. He completely took charge of the process. He is very knowledgeably about loan auto process. He walked us through the loan process and he even offered references to consider if we chose to use Toyota. Jose went above and beyond to help make the process so much easier. What a great communicator, he returned calls promptly , he was super flexible as email works better for me. I could count on Jose for a future car loan. I have dished out his contact information for friends and family who would be looking to get a car loan. He deserves a big bonus, what a sport he is. I worked with them to get an auto loan. The whole process was very fast, convenient and easy. The whole feel with the branch is very pleasant and welcoming unlike other big banks like Bank of America, Citibank. They treat you very well. The moment you enter the branch a person will walk up to you and offer water. They have a convenient waiting place with newspapers and magazines. The staff is very efficient and takes care of most of the things over email and phone. I was dealing specifically with Jose who was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the branch to anyone in the area looking for affordable and outstanding banking services.

I've worked with big banks my whole life and Jose Guerrero has changed my mindset for good. Coming to Neighborhood Credit Union was one of the best and easiest decisions I've made so far. A few months ago I was at around 16k in debt and with the help of Jose and his money management skills he was able to refinance my truck and help me get rid of a lot of debt. I now am down to 3K and only 2 payments, monthly versus 6. With his help I should be done by October. Neighborhood Credit Union, you truly have a great asset on your team. Since he's helped me I've referred my sister and he has done the same for her. The referrals will keep coming..

Undoubtedly the best financial institution out there! Jose helped me 4 years ago when I first purchased my new car and now him and Alex helped me get out of my high interest CC debt. Give these guys a shot and they'll out perform anyone on the market. I will definitely continue to use this place.

Alex and Jose are literally angels on earth. I was stuck in a ruth and completely lost when it came to looking for car loans. I had been researching credit unions and ran across NCU. I read so many good things about Alex & Jose and people good experience. I made it a duty to make NCU my first stop the next day and I was not disappointed. They literally made the process SOOOOOOOOO easy. Jose even assisted with helping me look for cars in my price range with all the features I was looking for. Alex was amazing and was able to get me an AMAZING interest rate. I’m forever grateful for all the amazing reviews that made me want to work with Jose and Alex! They ARE the best.

Update: they blame the application process and not their lack of proper communication and incompetent employees whom I had discussed everything. 1st review: Horrible experience with them, they approved a credit line for me assured me everything was up and running only to ask for docs that I had previously mentioned I don’t have because my business new. Super unprofessional, wasted my time, different people saying different things.

One of the best banking experiences I've had!! Opening an account can be confusing/time consuming but with the help of Neighborhood Credit Union staff they broke it down and gave me options that best fit my needs. I've been a member of this credit union for almost 4 years! Never had a complaint about the customer service whether it be on the phone or in person. Everyone is so welcoming and they do everything they possibly can to help meet your needs. On my last visit there Jose Guerrero went above and beyond to help me. I want to start off saying that this branch really makes you feel apart of the family, prior to open my account my credit wasn’t that good.This bank really gave me a lot of options and helped get my first car loan at a great rate.Now I’m on my second car loan I really can’t thank Jose Guerrero enough for helping me through the process and being patient with me, if you need any help or have questions he’s the guy to go to!
