Tyler was the best! This was my first home purchase ever, and he took a lot of time to explain the basics, and entertained a lot of what must have seemed like silly questions. He got my approval letter super fast, and made sure that I was able to close within 30 days. He’s very responsive, approachable, and despite having never met him in person, gave me a really good feeling about his character. I will definitely only go through him for my future mortgage needs!

Tyler and his team are amazing. He was able to save my deal multiple times for a client that who wasn't even his when the deal started. He came in after 3 closing dates were missed over 2 weeks and helped the people buying my former house close the new loan within 2weeks. Tyler definitely went above and beyond for me as I was his original client. If Tyler didn't help the people buy my former home then I wouldn't have been able to buy my new home. If you are using anybody beside Tyler and his team then you are missing out on the easiest buying experience of your life. This is my second home that where I have used NXT as my broker service for my mortgage.

NXT has been absolutely amazing to work with. I've done my refinance and pretty much all my family and all the friends I could get to go through them have been well taken care of by Tyler and his team. They tell you to shop around when getting your numbers, but not one time has either a bank or another broker been able to beat either the customer service and overall rate.

I've worked with Ryan for the purchase of our home and a refinance. He's been incredibly helpful and will do anything he can in order to get you in the best position possible. He walked me through several options explaining the pros and cons of each. He did a great job, and I felt confident in my decision. The process was very efficient and easy. I would highly recommend!

It's one of our flips and our own listing Everything was prepared to close and seemed to be going smooth... Until I got that call on Monday You Realtors know the call The call from the Buyers Agent that has that frustration in their voice knowing they have to deliver bad news The agent states there's issues with the current lender requiring all kinds of weird items last minute So we typically are always willing to work with buyers in this situation I ask her directly if she feels good about the current lender closing the deal She says no So I say I know of this guy Tyler Hodgson who Harrison Sharp recommends highly and I say give him a shot if we keep this deal alive You see I don't really represent buyers anymore and so I have no close ties to lenders anymore I have no reason to write this only to see more deals get closed by recommending Tyler to you But when I did I had great relationships and we saw many of these types of scenarios pop up that seem out of the lenders control Well Tyler did different He literally took the loan on Monday with borrower having to essentially start over and guess what? He got me a clear to close yesterday!! Are you kidding me? Monday late afternoon to Friday morning and we got a clear to close I remember all the fluff from many lenders The lunches, the co marketing, etc Not saying those are bad as I believe when you build relationships you should be apart of these things But the most important aspect in this industry is great business Who's a closer? Who makes deals happens? Who excels at what they do and make it a challenge to be the best? Well I can say after witnessing this deal and from the many rave reviews that Tyler is that guy!
