I used Navy Federal for my daughters 529 college fund program. The worst service ever. Good luck getting them to call you back. They charged 90 dollars a month to lose over 2600.00 in less than 6 months while the stock market is booming. I highly recommend USAA as they do not charge you monthly and in less than a month 459.00 positive return. I believe Navy Federal third party investment firm bought on political reasons as he seems to not support US companies and instead buying overseas when the us is the only one with a positive growth. Sounds like his political views is determining what stocks to buy. Besides the fund he placed us in 10 year return was less than one percent.

I use this location and the staff are very welcoming and professional. This is also their headquarters. They are one with this community and have a walking trail around the building. They also put in a outside gym for everyone to use. They get food trucks during the week and conduct fun run's through out the year, that everyone can join.

I have only used some of their services and I have had no really problems .

Checking, Savings, IRA and Roth. I have no complaints....yet (LOL)!!

Navy Federal has gone down the drain in the past 10 years. For veterans and active duty USAA offers better rates and customer service. Don't waste a credit check through Navy Federal go to USAA or another bank first. I don't know what has happened to NFCU since 2008, but now they are my last choice for any loans or banking needs.

got a better interest rate on refinancing auto loan with NFCU over USAA. been banking with them for years.

Great service, welcoming staff, and security in knowing you own part of the credit union. The credit union does not own you.

I have not had nothing but good service from the Navy Federal Credit Union
