Apple Federal Credit Union Maple Ave E, Vienna

I used to be very happy with this Bank, till I meet the branch manger Zehnni WU! Extremely Extremely extremely unhelpful and she has zero customer service no knowledge, She definitely needs to get customer service training!!! Other than her, love all the staff of that branch they have way better customer service than her! At least they respect and trying explain things not like her.

I was in this branch today and people were great. They were very nice and very professional. Zhenni, the regional manager was fantastic and extremely helpful.Keep up the good work. I’m planning to stick with you for a while!

Do you like waiting two months for checks you never receive? Multiple trips in person didn’t resolve it and then on hold for 20 minutes while phone associate tries to reorder and check on cashed checks? Then join this branch!!

I've had great service every time I've gone in. From the tellers to the branch manager, they're always extremely helpful.

As a high school student it was a great beginning bank; I grew with them as I became a teacher. As I've gotten older I've realized how flawed they are, especially my neighborhood branch in Vienna. This branch has a rude manager that does not do his best to quickly get to customers - I have been the only person waiting for help while he makes small talk. When he finally calls me 15 minutes later, he jokingly asked why I was"wasting his time" since it was something a teller could take care of. I get he was trying to be funny, but it was far from funny considering he wasted SO MUCH of my time when I was the only customer in the bank. Additonally I had a family member deposit a check; this person was in no way on my account but was given a receipt with the amounts of all of my accounts. This was a severe PRIVACY VIOLATION. That same teller lied about not being able to deposit a check despite the person whom the check was made out to being there. We were both women and the person he gave my account information to was a man - I took issue with this. I have removed 90% of my money to a better bank, with far better interest rates. Coincidently they deposited said same check while my mother helped with my son, no issue, didn't say a thing to her while she sat with him. Everything was correct with Apple but they seem to have their own rules. Not to mention they randonly give out private account information to random people....at least the Vienna branch. I have one last thing I need to transfer, but they have lost not only myself, but several family members due to behavior at mainly the Vienna branch.

Saw ads on TV but I was disappointed when I visited. I go out a lot and every store, restaurant, etc. puts their new virus hours on Google. Not this place. I wasted an afternoon to get there and it seemed they were glad I came right before closing as that meant pp pm less work for them.. The manager didn't even apologize. No wonder they have such lousy ratings. I figure if they cannot even put their new hours on Google, how can I trust trust them with my money.

I like this bank. Best bank in NOVA hands down. But this branch isn't that great. They need to have safety deposit boxes.

Ask for Pedro Valencia, very helpful and all the staff really. Also the Centerville store is good.
