Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Maple Ave W, Vienna

It seems I’m not the only one having issues with a notary. I made an appointment to notarized a paperwork for minor travel to South America and the paperwork was in Spanish which the notary did not want to notarized. I asked him if there was a person who can translate for him but he refused to notarized. He sent me to a UPS which they notarized with no issues. The notary was very rude and didn’t care to help

I was trying to do a transaction for my father in which he can’t read so I was trying to be bilingual for both the teller and my father and he was taking his sweet time filling the form my dad stated that,He didn’t like the tone and then proceed to take more time explain we can instead and use the app talking to use as if we aren’t in the loop…He would use if if he could read…I wasn’t having it so I just left…I’m pretty sure I was ruining his combing sesh for his patch of hair

Bad service!! ... I wanted to cash a check and the only person attending told me that I exceeded the limit to get the cash ... I went to another branch and they quickly gave me my cash

This location changed their hours online but made no mention of it at the location. Signage on their doors have their traditional opening at 9am. Their banker brushed me off saying it’s on the door when their door says 9am and no mention anywhere of their new hours. This location has had customer service problems and wait time issues for a prolonged time. But due to convenience for my business it made sense. Definitely not anymore

Now that the Oakton Branch is closed, the ATM closest to us is at this location. So today, I headed over there to make a deposit. Quite a few of' the "buttons" on the screen did not work at all. I had to cancel and redeposit the check, and then the only receipt available was the printed one, the other buttons didn't work. Of course, no drive thru teller.

This is my go to branch. They always treated me with respect and dedication. Olga, the branch manager is outstanding. She is epitome of customer service, always going above and beyond. Will definitely recommend the branch to others.

The best Bank of America branch i visited. I am a frequent customer and always go to this branch. Manager Olga always help me with all qestions i have. She is very nice, pleasant, knowledgable and always solve my problems and answer all my questions. I recomend all my family and friends go to her for help.

I was really impressed by the professional service of Financial Manager of the Bank Of America Olga Achapkin. I was doing a notary service and she was assisting and helping us. She showed her professionalism and patience in helping us. I definitely recommend this bank!

Long lines. Had to do notary. They were booked (so schedule at least during COVID times). But manager and team seemed patient and willing to work with everyone to assist with my issues.
