Navy Federal Credit Union - Restricted Access Sumner Rd, Carlisle

I join the credit union because it was military affiliate putting the money in the account was easy. As long as you have access to a facilities it great. Not a good experience using third party ATM machines. There are very few ATM machines which are available in my location. Therefore I am required to drive to the branch every time I have a transaction, which is 20 minutes away. Not really far but sometimes you don’t feel like it. Supply more banking kiosks!

Unless you are active military or pass a background check specific to them, you cannot get a pass to go to the only Navy Federal ATM within several hours drive

Had a terrible experience with Navy Federal on my last home purchase. Gave them over a month and they still couldn't close on time. Then they screwed up the term of the mortgage and wanted to push the closing a second time. Do not recommend using them for buying a home.

Does not deserve one star. Don't let them fool you. They don't care about you, they are a rip off!!! They give you good rates on some products, mortgage, Auto loan, then they make up for it on others, personal loan, credit cards. I have been a member for over 20 years, over a 720 credit score, paying 16 percent on personal loan, 14 percent on credit card. You can not even speak to someone about getting a lower rate on the credit card, just a supervisor who says " it's the board of directors who make the rules". The reality is, it's the board of directors who are making millions screwing members and veterans like NFCU does. Think about it, why should you qualify for the best rate on one product then get a much higher rate for another. Total crooks. I'm in the process of transferring my credit card balance to another financial institution, when I get my personal loan paid off I am not doing business with NFCU again. Keeping the mortgage but selling home in a few years and then finished with NFCU. At the end of the day, they make their money!!! Total RIP! The only thing that I can say good about NFCU is that if someone who is just starting out with a mortgage, credit cards etc., NFCU is more "leinent" in giving credit than other institution's. Don't recommend, check out your local bank and they will treat you better!!

This bank does nothing but play games with my money I sent alittke money to help my sister out and got put up for freaking fraud I'm done with the bank and leaving it

We have been trying to join this credit unionfor over a month. As my spouse and I are both Federal Govt employes they denied us stating our application was fraudulent. We will be contacting the atttorney general and filing a complaint due to them requesting all of our personally information and denying us memebership. This place is a scam!

Has been the credit union I have used since I was 10 years old. Excellent customer service and hands down the best.

I just love these guys. I've been with NFCU since 1985 in many different locations around the world.. great service, competitive pricing, better than the other banks I've dealt with. This branch at Carlisle has been fantastic. They were a great help to me when I was a student at the AWC and I always enjoyed doing business with them in particular.

I am thankful that they have a bank near me. We had to travel to VA but now I am 5 mins away.

Love Navy Fed. Best bank or credit union out there
