Ms. Brittany suffered tons of headaches for me dealing with the 2009 Aveo. She went through hell and back and she was so professional and courteous especially dealing with my frustration. She yet again busted her back to get me in a different vehicle due to the complications from the Aveo. I’ve said it once I’ll say it again she deserves a raise and a promotion. Additionally Ms Shawnee also dealt with my frustrations in a professional manner she too deserves a raise and promotion. I love everyone at Brenner Car Credit for the hard work they have put in for me thank you everyone.

Drive off the lot with a car priced at $17,000 … check engine light comes on . Car was very dirty not even detailed . $17k for a car with 120k miles not worth it at all . Stay clear from here if u don’t want to get ripped off .

Excellent service I received buying my 2011 Kia Sorento, Gordon was my sales rep he was amazing at his job, got me what I needed and what I wanted, car was in excellent condition. Very happy with them. Only one issue was my backup camera which there working on so overall I recommend these guys to anyone

My experience with this specific brenner’s was great! I really appreciated how agents there keep in contact throughout the whole process and they helped me with finding a good vehicle since I had no clue originally what type of vehicle I was coming in for. BTW my agent was Brittany Zorn, she was amazing absolutely loved her!!

First off, they aren’t worth the money guys! I recommend spending your money on fixing your credit because they will charge you 2x the amount of the car and add another 17% in interest! Plus a 3000/ 3 month warranty? Not worth it as you’ll end up paying more on your loan for ”repairs”! Implemented a new system and they don’t take certain cards! Last, we’re going through some personal issues and them helping people out is not what they preached! First and last and deff will recommend everyone NOT to come here! Do your research!!

I just want to say what an awesome experience my 2nd visit at Brenner was. Brittany Zorn absolutely went above and beyond in helping me be able to purchase my 2012 Red Kia Soul. I love this car. I just want to thank you again Brittany. You are one hell of a sales lady. You deserve a promotion. You could've very easily wrote me off after my first visit, but you didn't do that. Brittney was super helpful with me and my situation! I had a repo and low credit, but was able to walk in and walk out in under 3 hours with a new used car. They were flexible with my down payment, and approved me instantly. Pretty easy and simple process. Given my situation, every other dealership has turned me down but Brenner was able to get me a decent car at a good monthly price to help get my family back on track. Would have given 5 stars, but the office was a bit messy and looks like it needed a good clean and update. But the people were friendly and super understanding.

i just wanna say britt is AMAZING ! she's by far the best sales women i worked with .. she does everything and more for her customers and i appreciate her for everything she's doing/did . but one thing i will say is carefully look over the car before you buy .. i got a car from them in november of 2021 .. it's been nothing but problems since .. let's just say the first 3 months the shop had it more then i did .. it's been in for 4 oil leaks a gas smell the garage couldn't find or fix (i had a family friend that's works on cars look at it and found the cause of the smell coming from the first and second cylinder leaking gas somehow) a transmission leak along with a bunch of other concerns .. here i am in may and still having loads and loads of problems .. from a bypass hose blowing , to a oil pressure unit that was broken and never fixed , a broken sensor bad oil filters that were supposed to have been replaced when i had it in prior to garage for a oil change , the fan doesn't work properly and now looking at more coolant problems and a water pump and bad radiator.. it's to the point it's breaking my pockets to keep this car running let alone making the payments and other bills .. i just wish the garage would have taken my concerns more serious .. im paying 460 a month for a car that barely runs with out over heating or more problems coming forward ..it's been nothing but a nightmare with this car and im stuck with a messed up car .. and im not here to say all there cars are like that just check them out throughly before you decide .. again nothing towards brittney she's is AMAZING ! my problem is with the car and the garage .

I’m on my second car with Brenner’s. The first of it needed an expensive repair I was able to make payments towards that bill. They definitely have helped me out a lot. When I wasn’t working they worked with me till I found another job. Everyone at the Carlisle Brenner’s has done an amazing job with helping me out.

I have no idea where to begin, my fiancé and my car was totaled a few weeks back and were in a tight spot to find something reliable at a decent price that would also work with our(poor) credit situation. We tried a few places in Carlisle, with no luck, mostly rude sales people or shifty ones trying to sell lemons at way over the top prices. We found Brenner online and figured it wouldn’t hurt to try one last spot out, and let me tell you, it was THE right choice(should have been our first)! The sales woman, Katie, immediately greeted us, listened to our situation and hopped right into action doing everything in her power to get us a good vehicle ASAP. We left the lot about an hour and a half after arriving, with a great vehicle and we left beyond pleased with the entire experience. I don’t know what kind of customer service these sales people are taught, but they are the BEST I’ve ever done business with. They will be my go to recommendation from now on! I highly recommend going to Brenner! I totaled my vehicle & as soon as I did my part in sending over my information to Brittany at the Carlisle location & got approved, she got me there the very next day to come test drive & I left with a vehicle.
