Great employees, it was a pleasure working with Sara and Jenn. Although this is normal, I'm alittle disappointed in the fact they sold our loan after only 5 days to a national chain. the company prides itself on being local and "your direct lender" i would had rather kept our money in the local economy but instead our loan was sold before we could even make our first payment. nice people, happy to work with them, but dont buy into the "keeping it local" mindset Edit in response, not once in the almost 6 months that we were in contact and working with Jenn at foote was it ever mentioned that foote would sell the mortgage immediately. It would have been nice to know, we would have just gone with a nation wide lender instead and skipped the middleman, great staff but dont try to tell us the company was upfront about it, if you were i wouldn't be here writing a review when it blindsided us when we got a notice in the mail that it was sold to the money source inc.
