Navy Federal Credit Union - ATM Philadelphia

I wish they actually have a physical bank in the area.other than that its convenient

ATM at building 29 not working. This ATM is down more than it is up. Does any one monitor this machine?

The teller was Very Courteous and kind and helpful being as though this was my first time in that bank

First of all, the location on the map is wrong - the ATM is located in building 29 across the street on the other corner in the back of the parking lot (update, it looks like the location is correct now on the map). I went to deposit both cash and a check and neither worked. I won't be going back.

On and off service can be frustrating

I would advise you in the order of GOD, Your parents, the most beloved companion in your heart and then the NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION with their honest, trustworthy, safe, reliable, fast, and 24/7 convenience for everyday service utilizing members and even non-members with the same treatment with some of a few exceptions for the services of non-members. But still not in anyway inconvenient nor unhelpful for whomever seeks out for their service and help in any related way for banking purposes or if you may already be in motion utilizing their services from any of their official located financial institutions or ATM's You will not experience any disappointment nor frustration, but only relief and excitement. For the basic, standard and extended optional services that I am certain of through my own personal research,comparison and by fact from the point of view of an experienced veteran customer and from the advice and knowledge that I've acquired from others has not given me any doubt or even a sense of doubt about their above and beyond and personal service to whatever customer that seeks and acquires services through this outstanding business that reminds me more of a charitable organization for how these guys go to bat for that person in need of their type of services whomever they may be. So whenever you find your self dealing with these guys. Feel no more of financial sadness and disappointment, but rejoice in excitement and look forward to the possibilities of great success that may await you in the present future.

On 12/27/2018 I called and spoke with a NF rep explaining to them that I had set up my own auto pay through another account and that I do not authorize ANY Vendor to make direct debits to my account. I asked for these 2 fees at the time to be waived and the rep refused. He was very arrogant and refused to assist me what so ever. I made it clear to him that I would not pay for any fees from this day forward on any direct debits as I do not authorize anyone to do so. I already made my payments for both rejected payments (One Tmobile and the other Fedloands). Many weeks passed and I received a letter from FN showing I now have a negative balance of $157! On 12/27 it was -$58.00! I called today @ 1:02PPM and explained this situation to a Skyler whom ALSO refused to waive ANY fees for me, saying I am expected to pay for these fees. I told her I would not and I would speak to NF Board members in which I could not get through to anyone today. NF gives you NO contact numbers nor emails for anyone other then regular NF Reps

Always helpful and provides excellent service. Been with NFCU since 1978 and have not found a better financial institution.
