One of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. They can never find active members via name and DOB, then don't even bother referring someone because they lie about the person being an existing member already and deny the incentive even though you are present with the new member the day they open their account.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jonathan Kestler, one word Awesome. I applied for an auto loan on my own and was denied. Jonathan encouraged me not to give up, provided me with solutions to rectify the denial, and assisted me step by step with reapplying. I was approved over the weekend and will soon be behind the wheel again. Thank You Jonathan!!

My representative (Azhane) was extremely knowledgeable and helped me set up my new account within a few minutes. She made the whole process easy, answered all of my questions, and put me at ease about my finances. Great service from her and everyone! Looking forward to banking here for years to come.

Deposit is always closed. What if i got bills to pay. Super inconvenient, makes me want to change my bank

RC I have been a member for over 5 years, and everyone I must say is very polite. I would recommend any one to check out this branch its great... but I'm not going to go overboard, so I am giving it a 4 star

Customer service is their priority and they keep fees low. I recommend them all the time.

Went here today & they wanted to charge me $20 to cash a couple hundred dollar check. Called on the phone 1st & asked about it before I drove all the way to the place & they stated all I needed was my ID. I would never recommend going here for your banking business. I would like to give zero stars. I tried to walk in & they sent me the drive thru only to tell in the drive thru that I had to come in as well. I stated at the door I was cashing said check as well. Just a horrible experience all the way around. Shame on You PFFCU

2 ATM 'S machines Which are always down.. once they're closed you can't contact the bank.. Not enough tellers when needed

I've been banking here since I was born and now my husband and I are members. They don't bombard you with fees. I don't think I've ever been charged a fee for anything, and it's not because I'm the perfect customer.

What's not to love. Quick, efficient, and diligent workers/associates working in a crisp and hospitable environment. Great bank, all in all.
