Navy Federal Credit Union Newtown Rd, Norfolk

My favorite navy federal in the 757 because I come in every Friday and they are always so polite and I’m always treated with a smile and Lauren she’s one of the tellers who usually helps me out she is polite.

The only Branch I go to that over half the time the ATM isn't working So I waste my time sitting in traffic trying to get to a branch that I can't even use the ATM Keep it working or replace it I have been a member since 1990

The customer service here is terrible. The tellers act as though they are bothered by a customer's presence (even though they wouldn't have a job were it NOT for the customers); and when you request to speak with a manager, their attitudes are even worse! USAA is a better banking option as far as customer service/professionalism.

Employees are ALWAYS friendly and very helpful. Great place to bank.

This branch does not do international wire transfers, additionally the front desk receptionist didn't know how to print off an address for a branch that could help me.

This is a great Navy Federal Credit Union branch that gave me a great banking experience, and exceeded my expectations. Here are the reasons I liked this Navy Federal Credit Union: All employees that I have interacted with at this Navy Federal Credit Union were professional, prompt, courteous, and knowledgable. Also the employees at this Navy Federal Credit Union go above and beyond for you at all times. I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for anything at this Navy Federal Credit Union. Navy Federal Credit Unions atmosphere is welcoming and comforting, and keeps the customer wanting to come back time and time again. The layout of this Navy Federal Credit Union is great, and also easy to find whatever banking service your looking for; and has great climate control while taking care of your banking needs. With the accessible layout also comes great cleanliness throughout this Navy Federal Credit Union; However, I can't speak for the cleanliness of the restroom. I will always choose and trust Navy Federal Credit Union as my bank because they do all regular banking transactions and then some! There are also no other banks that can compete with Navy Federal Credit Unions employees, customer service, bank account security, bank account privacy, credit cards, loan services, and interest rates. Lastly, my favorite feature of all Navy Federal Credit Unions are the in store police they have on duty providing security and protection for all their customers. Finally, parking is accessible, and this Navy Federal Credit Union is easy to find!

If I could write a lower review I would. Drove all the way from Suffolk to take my sister to the one closest to her house. We tried to open her an account. Her father had a savings account set up from 2011. The lady told us that there's nothing we can do. Her father went to another one and they told her they could have just added a checking account to her savings account. The lady also talked AT me. Not to me. After I was super friendly (I've worked customer service for 6 years.) I would tell anyone they can do their basic banking here but apparently they cant even open a damn account.

Danielle is a wonderful associate, I had a issue when I came in and she resolved the issue and put a smile on my face. She always make sure I and other customers are taken care of.

How about a phone number directly to the Credit Union itself, not some answering service.

This is a joke of a bank. This bank does not care about you as a person or your money. My advice is to bank elsewhere.
