Navy Federal Credit Union W Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee

I just don't like this location. It's super small and there's zero privacy. You have a customer service desk sitting in the lobby with people discussing their accounts. The other customer service desk is in an office but he kept his door open while discussing another customer's account. You could hear everything. When I went to the teller she couldn't hear me behind the Plexiglas and wanted me to shout my business to her. I had to ask her for a pen and paper to write down what I needed. It's ridiculous, banking is not a group activity that you share your business with everyone in the lobby. It's also very busy. I'll go to the Orlando location from now on. I will say the people working at the Kissimmee location are very nice just zero privacy.

I used to love navy federal. The best customer service I had ever dealt with.then came my car accident and my account became overdrawn while me and my wife were out with spine injuries and no car. Upon receiving my settlement I immediately deposited my entire settlement into my saving account so I could pay navy off. After 2 days they gave me an available balance of my entire check but then,! After making 2 transactions through navy federal, my account was put on hold. “To ensure the funds to cover the check were in the account”. They said it would be held until five business days and on that first business day my check cleared in Navy Federal received my money. They refused to release my check making up another reason to have it on hold telling me lie after lie and story after story and none of them matching. And now they tell me it’ll be a week and a half before they release my money to me and my wife desperately needs from a car accident settlement. Do not bank with them because if you make one mistake they will punish you for the rest of the time you were with them and refused to work with you ever again and lie and lie and lie and they never have anybody else to talk to except for the security office who does all the lying I was told yesterday 2 to 3 days it would be released which was one day after I was told it originally my phone should’ve been released today and today I’m being told another week and a half do not do business here !

Great place to do banking with, horrible customer service at this branch. Anything that needs to be done expect your wait time to be comparable to the DMV

My mom went in to sign paperwork and they treated her poorly. She was explaining the situation and before she could begin all they said was we don’t know what you are talking about when she had all supporting documents on hand. We had also spoked to a customer service rep on the hand prior to attending this location.

My visit at this Kissimmee, FL branch, was great. They exercised great COVID-19 precautions, the staff was friendly, and the building was well cleaned and maintained. My sister & I were assisted, in the SERVICE area, by Tania. She was customer friendly, warm, cheerful, helpful, very knowledgeable, professional, and simply DYNAMIC, doing so from behind a mask. She was simply amazing. She had such a beautiful way of multi-tasking, saving time, getting things done, all while lacking error. This was the quickest, most efficient banking experience, I ever experienced. Clone her and distribute her in EVERY branch! She's an asset to any company and is an exemplary employee. Thank you Tania again, for your assistance. I also thank NFCU. You all are AWESOME!

Had a great experience with them the first time I came here to get a cashiers check for a purchase. Came back today to get something notorized, drove over an hour to come here. I have individual pages to submit with an application that need to be notarized, not the actual application itself (checked with the agency), and they refused to notorize it without the other pages (that are irrelevant to the application) being completed. 0/10 I’m not one to complain or write reviews, however I will be calling corporate and discontinuing my membership after 9 years. Great job to the Guistappo at the door.

Terrible Customer Service. Waited over an hour to pick up a check for an already approved loan while representatives walked around the lobby. Need more staff specially during times with more customers. .

1 atm and most of the time it’s not functioning , can’t make deposits due to money people jammed up in the atm , they need to add another atm , one atm is not going to do it . I left chase to go with navy federal but I think I will close my account with navy federal and go back to chase I never had any issues with chase not I’m with navy federal and now having horrible experiences. You would think they would have more service especially for those that served !!!

Went on a Saturday there was no line which was nice because the bank is always busy any location I have been. Friendly staff and a very nice building and the location it’s not to far from Disneyworld.
