Went in to talk about being pre-approved for a loan. The Caucasian woman who directs everyone where to go was not friendly. Felt like we were bothering her. That alone would have made me leave but my husband wanted to stay. Alicia assisted us, she was wonderful. Sucks we weren’t able to do much however, as they only check how much your eligible for if you submit an application.

I really like the Navy Federal franchise, they are some good people over here and they had help me multiple time during my life. But, this particular location beats the professionalism. I have never experienced so much professionalism and nice attitude in any of the other locations. This staff set the standard. Even tough is I drive from my house, I don't mind doing it! Thanks for all y'all kindness!

I feel lucky to have a NFCU so close to my home. I highly recommend joining. Everybody here is super nice and very much into customer service. They are open 6 days a week where the other credit unions are cutting out Saturday services.

Went in there to open a bank and their customer service is horrible. I understand we're in a pandemic but professionalism should not be compromised. Very unwilling to answer questions, lady at the front greeting people as they walked in, had such a attitude and acted like she doesn't want to work there so she's taking it out on everyone. Not customer friendly at all. This bank was highly recommended but I made sure to go back to the person and make them aware that their recommendation means nothing if that's the way they talk to/treat people. My recently turned +16 year old child received an inheritance of over 20k and we just wanted to ask a few questions regarding banking for a teen but with that attitude we don't need to bank there. She's scheduled to meet with a chase banker and I'm glad because I've been to many chase locations and never received poor service

Before I went to read all the reviews. And I have to say I totally agree with the reviews this location is definitely phenomenal. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I do have a location that is about 10 minutes from where I live however based on the reviews of the location I decided to drive 45 minutes and it was definitely well worth it.

Went in to handle some business today and Alicia was just Amazing. So helpful and understanding . A rare gem. Truly appreciated her great help.

This is the slowest NFCU branch I've ever been in. They're nice and all, but dang, every time I come in here- super slow about moving customers through. Really inconvenient because it's the only one around for many miles.

I'm not sure why someone would even rate this branch below 5 stars...if they had an option to give more stars I would! I opened an account a little over a month ago and when I tell you my service was OUTSTANDING...it was just that. I had to wait a little while to see someone but it was worth the wait. Tonya Austin was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable, and expedient in the service that she provided. She took the time to answer ALL of my questions, walked me through the process of what's next and even informed me of other services they offer...definitely beneficial for my son. I haven't had a chance to send this sooner but on this evening, I received a lovely personalized card from Tonya welcoming me and extending me any assistance if I need it. Stellar service...second to none! I can only hope that others have a chance to experience the same!
