Scam..Beware! I have went through the reviews and noticed that the bad reviews have been filtered to show at the bottom. If you don't want years and years of a headache just find an alternate way to pay. If you're a business go with CareCredit or another reputable company. You will never be able to collect your payments if your customer defaults. Enter this contract at your own risk.

We love having it available in our office. It has kept many patients from leaving our office and going elsewhere when they don’t have the money to pay in full for their treatment or when they get denied for programs that check credit score. Most people in our area do not qualify for credit check programs and they are devastated when they cannot get medical help for their dear loved ones. iCare has helped these people keeps their pets alive. The worst place to work for and they think they can talk to you how they want.. They don't pay well at all.They train you only for 3 days trainer is in the Phillipines you can't even understand him.. The So call VP smh talks a good game but Reality BS.. Don't waste your time with this place..They did me A Favor when they said I was let go.. I had another job anyway was just waiting to start training.. None of there account s have good phone #. They send the same letters out to the consumers without any attentions of taking actions against them.. Company is whack can't even afford to pay a trainer in the US.. No Benefits at all..

They saved my card information wrong into the system and then I was charged an extra $200 for late fees when I kept calling and telling them that I never changed my card and the money was in the account when they “tried” to take the payments, normally I would say okay maybe this is my fault if it wasn’t for the fact they had no problem getting out the initial $1k and it took them 4 months to figure out the issue. They refuse to pay me back and tell me to call the animal hospital but the animal hospital did not take out any late fees they did . Also check them out on better business bureau (I wish I had) lots of people have issues with them scamming.

They are the worst! I initially was very pleased with them as I had a dental emergency and they saved the day. I set up a payment plan and everything was great initially. The problem came when I paid the account in full early. I paid it off at the end of 2020. In September of 2021 they start harassing me claiming I still owed them money. I explained to the rep that I had paid in full almost a year ago over the phone. At first they tried to argue with me saying the amount I paid was not the full amount due. I had to go as far as to request they pull the call and verify that the Representative had given me that amount and I paid it verbally at that moment. So problem solved so I thought. Here we are a month later and I have another pending charge on my credit card! I immediately call and get a rep who says my account doesn’t “end” until October of this year even though it was paid in full a year ago. What does that even mean?! If an account it paid that’s it! What are you still charging me for!? These people are ridiculous and I’d never do business with them under any circumstances! The rep was able to refund the charge and she wasn’t rude about it. I’m just hoping I don’t get any more rogue charges from them.I gave 2 stars for the easy setup when I needed them. But this ending has been ridiculous.

I do not recommend doing buisness with Icare; they doubled charged me twice for two months now and are refusing to refund me and claim that they did not do that even though my bank statements and numerous bank associates and staff I've corresponded with prove that they did in fact charge me. You are better off getting a credit card or forking up whatever money you need than financing with them because you'll pay more in the long run and come up short because they will scam you for more and straight up lie about it. It's been beyond frustrating dealing with them and I am looking forward to being done with them for good.

We have gotten a lot of patients referrals because of offering iCare. With dental insurance not covering what it used to, we use iCare as a financing tool in my practice daily. It is relatively simple for my staff to administer, and I make it part of my weekly staff meeting, and give bonuses out for getting more patients on iCare plans.
