Navy Federal Credit Union Marguerite Pkwy, Mission Viejo

Love this Navy Federal Credit Union. It is centrally located in South Orange County. They have a courtesy desk that can usually answer any questions you have, three teller boxes, and four desks with bank employees that can help with banking needs. The ATM outside is perfect for quick cash or fast deposit. There is also a computer kiosk that can help answer questions and an express deposit slot where you can deposit checks inside to make sure they get them in hand. There has never been a wait when I come here to take care of my banking needs and the staff is super friendly.

The worst service by poorly trained people! They are extremely hard to communicate with either by phone, email, or chat. They unilaterally, without notice or consent, removed the mortgage co-signor from access to the loan statements and refuse to correct the mistake.

Reliable bank does right by service members,but this location closed at 4PM when service members are hardly getting off work. Dont know why a branch that mainly serves military personnel would close so early.

Absolutely thankful they opened an additional location in south Orange County. Much more convenient than driving all the way to Fountain Valley. The inconvenience with any NFCU is that you have to call the general line to be transferred to a specific branch, to then make an appointment with a specialized representative. Very cumbersome process. No NFCU branches have direct lines.

Locked door before 5pm Would not allow my disabled friend to enter. Bank Credit Union after the door has been locked. . Ridiculous policy.!

Absolute worst credit union in the State. We opened an account there spet literally 3 hrs to do it inside the branch.. My husband and I have been married 20 plus years and now applying for a Auto loan. Run DO not use them. Horriable... Got better rate and service elsewhere

I have been an NFCU member for almost 30 years. This is the friendliest branch I’ve ever visited. Very convenient location! Over all these years NFCU have always taken great care of my accounts they really know what military people and their families need. They were one of the first institutions that offered interest free “paycheck loans” when the congress started these Non-sensical “shut-down-the-government” budget showdowns. Really gave us peace of mind and didn’t make us feel embarrassed that we needed that kind of help. Thanks.

Navy Federal is a great Bank, and this branch location is incredibly convenient for us Southern Orange County people that do not have access to the big branches. Just like any Bank though if your bank history sucks then you're not going to have access to a lot of the benefits of this bank, so don't give a bad review just because your bank history sucks and they don't want to credit you.

Dropped by today to pay in a check, everyone greeted me as I entered, and said thank you as I left. Thank you to all the staff, it's such a change to be spoken to in such a pleasant manner, rather than have people avoid eye contact and ignore you. Excellent.
