At first I was skeptical when someone had referred me to DataFi saying that they would help save me money. I looked at it as another sales pitch just to get me in the door, but after working with Carlyn and seeing my monthly statements I realized that Data Fi payments actually do what they say as far as helping us save money and giving us the support we need. When our company first started, processing we were paying extremely high rates. About a half year later I was getting 2-5 calls a week from people soliciting for processing, mostly all of them telling me the "great things" they could do for our company. Before promises were made, Curtis Cooper and his team did an evaluation on our past credit card reports. The analysis showed me exactly what his company brought to the table while others just told me "they would significantly lower our rates". Being a very data driven person myself, that was key to the start a great business relationship. After doing a great deal of research on the topic, I decided to move forward with Curtis and his team. Curtis always provides quick responses if I ever have questions. I have nothing but positive feedback on the professionalism of Curtis and his team.

Great rates and even better customer service. It is rare that we have an issue but the few that we experienced where addressed quickly.

System is very user friendly. Website is easy to navigate . The fees are reasonable compared to other processing companies. It took us awhile to switch to Datafi but we are happy with the change and the money saved.
