Navy Federal Credit Union Atlantic Blvd, Atlantic Beach

Horrible experience. Was switching to NF and deposited all of my money from another bank (in person). Teller told it would be available in two business days. Received email stating that for "my protection" they were going to hold it for 5 business days, which will be over 10 days due to weekends and holiday. Said it was because it was a large amount. I would have written 10 smaller checks or staggard it if I had known I would have access to my money for so long. Totally unacceptable.

Gretchen really helped me allot, as a young guy that’s very ignorant with cashier checks and just banking in general she explained and really made sure my transactions were done correctly an I didn’t make a mistake because no doubt I was about to make one. There was all kinds of people coming in with different questions an she was multitasking my situation and helping other people. I was super embarrassed I don’t know some of these simple tasks but I learned today haha! Thank you Gretchen allot!

I love this branch. Recently moved closer to the regency branch but was not impressed at all. I drive to the Atlantic Beach location 25-30 minutes out of my way to this location. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. They always have a smile on theyre face and are wanting to do everything they can to help. They make you feel at home. They all know theyre job at an expertise level. This branch should be your model for all employees to learn from.

Kyle is extremely helpful and friendly. I don’t usually write reviews but sometimes good employees need recognition. Great experience with him, and love this branch.

Love the place but the ATM machine sucks. Never works or when it does it super slow. Can you please fix it or even better change to a upgraded one.

I am trying to call the 1888 number for Navy Federal Credit Union and it says it's a non-working number I'm not very happy right now. I'm trying to do my telebanking.

First time in navy federal in over a year. They are still masking their employees and making customers as well. How much longer they'll continue to treat employees and customers like animals remains to be seen. We will be looking for other options. This entire state is open, the govt here has ended mandates, so what exactly is this branch trying to do? Other than dehumanize people at this point? I guess that's the thanks but no thanks for your service they're conveying to my family.

Fantastic service, Christy helped me set up a new account, notarize a document and look at credit card applications while taking the time to explain each step. She even stayed late to help me with all my needs. By far the most impressive bank and service I have experienced.

Cindy is amazing! Katherine is awful, my husband and I are a bi-racial couple and the time we both dealt with her she was all over the place trying to figure out what she was doing very snarky and racially charged with her comments.

I like the way they will always go out of the way help you. I walked in at 4:45 to open a new Company account and they kept the teller open just to deposit my checks and it was 5:50 when we were finished on a Friday and no one ever complained even once.
