Navy Federal Credit Union Malcolm Dr, Montgomery

Horrible wait time at this location. The only Branch in Montgomery. One teller works the inside helping customers with deposit/withdrawal and another works the drive thru(2 lanes) while 3 other assistants help with other business. I have stood in line for over 30 minutes waiting to see the teller. During lunch hours and pay days the line to get into the parking lot is in the street. If you end up parking in the small parking lot before the rush comes you will be trapped in there until someone is kind enough to let you out. Very under staffed.

Customer service was top notch, especially Mrs. Robyn. She goes above and beyond to take care of you.

They are always so professional when I go.I have been with them for a while now and I love the service. Parking is sometimes difficult, but customer service make up for it.

Customer Service is great and they are busy alot but they are kind, caring and attitude is good.

NFCU overall is a great place to bank and has the best rates on loans. This branch though is an absolute disaster. The parking lot is a trap due to the configuration of the drive through lanes so it takes forever to get in or out. Drive through service is very slow.

Some how my $500 a week work check keeps getting a hold on it for a whole week.. meaning if I get paid this Friday and put my check in my account I want be able to use the funds till the following Friday… $500 seriously.. with all the scamming going on in the world you guys would hold a weekly pay check that you can see I cash every week.. and will not give me a reason or give me a person to talk to… only thing else is I’m black and I guess my check isn’t trust worthy

PLEASE. Is there any way to petition getting another Navy Fed in Montgomery. We are the capitol of Alabama. Every time I come to this bank whether it be a weekday or weekend at whateverrrr time the drive through atm is always wrapped around the building to where you can’t even pull out a parking space. Then the walk up atm always has multiple people in line. WE NEED ANOTHER LOCATION PLEASE.

The services provided are wonderful. The employees are professional, friendly and very helpful to your needs. The major issue I have with this particular branch, is the parking and drive through area.The layout is not large enough or constructed in a way that makes sense. It's extremely inconvenient to park/and or get into line to do drive through services. The wait time is usually around 20-30 mins. If you are parked in the back, it takes sometimes 6 minutes to get out, and there's little driving space to do so. If they address these particular issues, they will have a much higher rating.

Worst Navy Federal location period. Zero sense of urgency, lazy and slow. Plan 2 hours of your day if you need to speak to a customer service representative and definitely don't go near lunch time or you will be waiting for hours.

Firstly I love navy federal there is no better bank ! But I seriously need you all to consider building another location in Montgomery on a bigger lot. I have been trying to come here since last 4 days each time being the same outcome. Currently waiting I know I’ll be late to work , but for this 2021 honeys I need you all to consider a second location . At least set up safe ATM locations around town that are navy federal .
