Great customer service, and the knowledge of firearms was very helpful. Good selection and price. A Deputy Sheriff works on the gun counter and really help with making my choice of firearm.

I decided to sell my bridal set after being divorced for three years. The staff was professional and very friendly. They gave me a very good offer on my bridal set. I'm pleased with the entire transaction.

Customer service is always nice! I had a bunch of questions and they made sure they answered every single one. If I need to go to a pawn shop for anything, I go here first. I was able to find some items that I plan to give as presents. I have used their Pawn service before and they worked with me so I understood everything and they gave me a good price. It’s worth the drive to stop by, you might find a hidden treasure.

A little non attentive. But guess they had a long day. I went in to get a firearm and the salesman has me waiting outside and didn’t call when my back ground check came back. I got a nice gun though.

My experience with Capital Pawn City was so delightful. I think my visit took about 35-45 mins , for me to decide what to purchase. Then , I was giving personal help by two employees. They were pleasant and very , very helpful. I will shop at this company again.

Did have an original issue with a tool exchange(ramset) however, owner and manager both emailed and called me and we got it worked out. Truly above and beyond customer service. Went into Capital Pawn Shop this afternoon for a pawn on an item, was greeted as soon as I came through the door, and was assisted by an employee with a very helpful attitude and demeanor. The entire transaction only took about 10 minutes. Great service! I highly recommend this business.

Luke and his team were well educated and trained in the area I needed help. They not only got me the pistol I wanted but did so in a very reasonably priced manner. I will definitely be going back!

This was my 1st time coming here today. Even though it was the weekend before Christmas and everyone was out shopping for those last minute gifts, the capital pawn shop got us in and out in a jiffy.the staff was super friendly and helpful.they had thorough knowledge of equipment ans its operations.the environment was clean and of clutter.my purchase was reasonably priced...my 1st experience here was a great one and I'll definitely come back soon.
