Navy federal is the biggest scam there is. they don’t go off the VA guidelines as far as getting service members approved for mortgage loan they are no military friendly, super rude, unprofessional, and takes forever to get back to you about your application biggest mistake I ever made was opening up account with them 0/10 do not recommend.

This is our personal and business bank. The employees are very friendly. I am very happy that we went with Navy Federal.

Came to get a family care plan notarized and was somewhat confused on how to fill it out, notary watched me fill it out wrong and when I was finished she told me that I need to print another one out . If you knew how to fill it out , and knew I was struggling, why watch me write the wrong info? I forgot her name but she looks like the bartender from shrek.

I am a young adult who is really new to making big purchases. I came in for an auto loan and was treated well by Leigh! She was super kind and made the process easy to understand for someone such as myself. I asked questions that most people should know and she did not make me feel uneducated by asking those questions but rather simply clarifying them for me. When i had to talk to another worker at this installation after Leigh, I was not as welcomed by this second worker as I was with Leigh. All in all, Leigh was awesome and if I could, I would want all my interactions to be with her.

I just wanted to say when I walk in the workers was really nice and they help me right away and the worker are all hard working and very professional and they all dress nice. Also when you walk in you can tell that is not just a normal bank its a bank where all workers care about you and they also care about anybody in the military and military family. One more thing I want to give a big shout out to Ryan he is a hard work and he is really focus and he really help me today and he reeky explain everything to help me understand and I just want to say this will be the bank where I put all my Youtube money when I get paid from Youtube.

Thought this was a bank where “BANKERS” count your money out, tell you the amount with a receipt and then tell you to have a great day???? NOT THIS BANK , a so called banker named Makayla proved to me to never bank here ever AGAIN. 👋🏼 She couldn’t even count???? Why?? You work at a bank that’s your job, MONEY IS YOUR JOB MAKAYLA!!! So DO IT RIGHT.

We went in to open a savings account here because of the higher interest rate they pay here. After a short wait, an account representative named Maria helped us through all the different steps to get exactly the account we wanted. She was very friendly and informative. Very nice facility just off Powers Blvd, (think waffle house AND loaf'njug). We will return here to conduct our financial affairs in the future. Good job Maria!!

The institution itself was fine until policy change regarding funds availability when making deposits. I get paid checks on Friday and I cannot cash them or deposit them without having to wait 2 business days. I have bills to pay, how does this help your members at all?! I would give less than 1 star if possible, customer service is seriously lacking at this branch.

This branch is a POS. The asset branch manager wouldn't know customer service if it fell out the sky. They treat you like dirt, are as helpful as a pinecone. I would rather store my money at a Crack House then ever give it to them. There are so many other reputable banks in town I would recommend one of them and to stay away from navy fed

Overall my experience here has been pretty consistent with the staff and their additudes amidst their remodel and coronavirus but there was someone new here today she was the door lady with white hair. Not only did she speak to me very rudely the next person in need of her assistance she was also very short and rude with in my opinion. In customer service its important to remember its not what you say but how you say it.
