Ent Credit Union Galley Rd, Colorado Springs

NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I have had my account info stolen 4x. This last time it was for a card I NEVER even used. So tell me, how is it that someone has card information that has never been used. It looks like someone at ENT is misusing their access. I am closing my account.

Came in to open account for my son. Or have a join account with him. 1st time they told me to come back with a birth certificate. Came following week with his birth certificate. Sat and waited and waited and waited finally where up next after 45 min. Lady with blonde curly hair stops by and says do u have a social security card I say no. Boy did she look happy to not have to help us. It's Saturday I'm sure they wanted to go home but ud think we could of been told that the first time or second time we talked to banker before waiting almost an hour

It’s a good bank. But forget ever trying to get a loan unless you have a virgin sacrifice. The under writers are most likely either told to reject everything unless you are Bill Gates or they are the most cruel people on the planet

I had great experiences with this bank and Brooke M, one of the personal bankers. Until I went to set up another account for a new business. Brooke’s superiors had transferred her to another department. Seeing as how having a personal banker that could cater to the business (or new business’) was the biggest perk I was coming to ENT for, I am no longer bringing my business to ENT. The circumstance of “a personal banker who can personally help instead of chasing down call centers and phone numbers” is an inconsistent circumstance, I will be taking my banking business elsewhere. This is NO REFLECTION on Brooke, as she did all she could in hunting down a number and options to call to set up a new account.

Dawn Marie and Justin were extremely helpful today with my deposits and helping to fix some red flags on my account. They really seem like they care about you and getting things done quickly. They made it the whole experience very pleasant and productive.

Atms never work and workers refuse to listen. They took away any courtesy fee reimbursements. Literally no reason to use this bank any more. Going else where.

Kameran was fantastic and explained everything down to a T. I left with no questions and extremely satisfied. I switched banks from USAA because of the outrageous fees. This entity seems to cut out all that hassle.

Best bank I have used in over 30 years of banking. 10 of those with ENT. They keep surprising me with their custservice

I'm giving this five stars only because there's not an option for six stars. My family and I have been members at Ent for more than three decades. The service is always stellar from every staff member. I moved out of Colorado in 2009 but continue maintaining my primary accounts with Ent because of their exceptional service. Kudos!

Switched to ENT after dealing with many problems with USBank. This union takes very good care of their customers with no hassle. I just had my card number stolen and lost $300 and I received it deposited the next day. Top notch service.
