As a military spouse, I have been a member of NFCU for over 20 years and their service has always been outstanding. But this evening, Kyle, at the Mission Valley location, was beyond amazing. He helped me figure everything out and I appreciated his attention to detail. There are good customer service representatives, and then there are those like Kyle, those with good hearts. Thank you!

I have come in this branch many times to do my local checking, and from the moment I walk in there was kindness and respect given to all there members of Navy Fed, so if your looking for a place to do your checking or savings this is the place. Also a shout out to Sabrina for making me feel like a valued customer

From the moment a member walks in they are greeted. The tellers are always helpful, and will direct you to a greeter who will see that you get to the proper person to answer any question the teller was not equipped to answer. And, if that happens, the teller is very friendly and apologizes that he or she wasn't able to help the customer. I love Navy Federal Credit Union.

Absolutely love this bank. I've never had such a good customer service experience at any other bank! They were friendly and efficient. There's always what looks like a long wait for a teller, but I've never been there for more than 10 minutes.

This bank specifically has been the worst navy federal I have ever been to. This bank has under trained staff who allowed financial mistakes to happen when I bought a car out of a lease for the first time. They allowed my payments to go up over $100 a month more because did not include taxes in my loan and they raised my percentage from 5% to 18% and kept all of the over payments from the higher percentage when the problem was later fixed. The bank manager has not called me back. All of this was caused by me asking for help at this branch and they never took care of me, they treated me as if I was on my own from the start. In the future all of my car loans and credit cards will be from another bank or credit union. Not here. Not navy federal.

I want to thank those that made my visit feel most welcoming, it is always a pleasure coming into this branch they always make you feel like you matter and I am very grateful for that, thank you members of navy federal. See you on my next visit

Idk if they was ready to go home because it was they last hour on the clock but I'll be going back to El cajon branches

1)deposited $10,000 to my car payment. They failed to credit it to my account and instead charged me a late fee. "Oops." 2)deposited $950 and asked for an ATM card. The teller deposited the money into my ex-wife's account, and gave me an ATM for her account. Much hilarity ensues :( :( :(

Navy federal is an amazing bank. This location on the other hand is less than amazing. I was put into an "express line" for a new debit card and 30 mins later I'm still sitting waiting. Not terribly busy, gentlemen that just came through the door have already been seen. Still waiting. Terrible service guys.

If there was a way to give a half star or 0 stars then I would. Service is dispicsble. Banks aren't the most friendly so I get it; however, when you go in there to deal with a matter such as identity theift there should be a certain level of customer service and competence needed. If you are given JOSIE, either walk out the door to a different branch entirely or ask for someone else, SERIOUSLY. This isn't to be malicious or put down any one person. She is not knowledgable in any facet of her job. I was in the branch, with my one year old, for an hour and a half for a simple task. After a little over an hour she finally called for help and someone advised her of what to do and we finally got it "taken care of" and were able to leave. The reasons it's in quotes is because JOSIE failed to send it to the correct department and thus delayed the refunding of my compromised account. This happened middle last week and here we are the following Tuesday and still nothing has been done. So, again, terrible service at this bank. If you're able to--avoid it and by all means necessary avoid J-O-S-I-E You're welcome in advance
