The Teller verified who I was on my joint account and continued to argue with me even after I moved to a different teller because of her horrible attitude and stated she was going to cut my debit card up. She refused to take my money and deposit into my account. The teller next to her did a wonderful job in assisting my needs as the previous teller continued to argue with me. After the new teller assisted me she made a snide comment they she would make a notiation on my account. 2 hrs later I went to purchase gas with my debit card I was declined because the rude teller deactivated my card. I would choose another financial institution.

I opened a checking and a business account with this branch. After the second week I walked in to deposit my payroll check and after handing me my deposit slip the teller informed me my check will be held for 2 business days (4 days) before I could get my money. I asked if this will happen each week, they said yes it's a new Federal policy..we called the main office and they haven't heard of such a policy..I got my money 4 days later and closed all my accounts.. When I went in to close my accounts they said they would put a note on my account if I would stay..umm NO..they lied to me then I had to pay late fees on bills due. And go 4 days with no money..my deposit was 1200.00 a week. Goodbye Navy Fed!!

I am at this branch every payday and have a great experience Always greeted on my way in and out and everyone is so friendly.

Every experience so far has been great until today, the woman behind the counter was extremely sarcastic/rude to the point where I had to walk away.

I've used Navy Federal before in the past and it was the only Credit Union that I recognized in the area after my recent move. After reading some reviews about the branch on Rivers Avenue I decided that maybe this wasn't the best bank for me. A few weeks went by and I need a notary services so I had to make a decision on choosing the bank quickly. I found out this was the closest location to me and took a chance and went to the bank. I absolutely love the staff the services they offer and to my surprise it was in fact a full-service Bank located inside of Walmart. All of my questions were answered all of my needs were taken care of this branch's employees definitely know their stuff. This location has been opened for 1 year this month and is highly recommended!

The website says closes at 5. Got there at 4:25 it was closed. The sign on the door still said that it closes at 5. Came back the next day it conveniently had that it closes at 4. It STILL says on the website that it closes at 5. I am beyond angry about this. This very unprofessional 😡

This by far is the best bank in the world!!! I'm competely honored to be a member!!!
