No empathy. Not customer service.. they keep asking me about my ex roommate whom I have no contact with and told them so. I was $7-$8 short and on my way to surgery, but they kept harassing me for that measly couple of bucks. I am DONE!!!! EDIT: After speaking to the manager, I move my account to a different branch. I have waited a few months to make sure they were not the same. The one location (Rivers Ave) has been really over the top helpful and great. They are understanding and do not treat me the way the one on Ladson Rd. did. Thanks!
