I have done business with LowCountry Credit for several years and financed three vehicles with them. They are very helpful, very friendly and are willing to work with you to get your deal done. They report to all three credit bureaus and if you do your part to honor your financial obligation with them, your credit will show the rewards. Kim and her crew are top notch.

I’ve been a customer of LCC now for almost two years now. They are easy to deal with and understanding if you need to speak to them with an issue. Customer service is reps are always friendly and very knowledgeable. But you need to make your payments or let them know what’s going on. Or they will call till they get it. But at the end of the day it’s your responsibility to pay it. Can’t be mad that they want it.

Wonderful company, very willing to work with you as long as you communicate with them. Very friendly account managers. Tammy has been my account manager and she is always nice and works with payment arrangements.

I have purchase several vehicles from this place. At first I had some credit issues. They laid out a plan for me to help rebuild my Credit. After the purchase of my lasted vehicle from Low Country Credit, 2014 GMC Sierra LTD) I was surprise how much my credit had improved. This process of improving my credit didn't happen over night. We stuck with the plan Kim and her staff laid out for me. Our credit improved enough for us to purchase our first home. This process works. The staff I found to be very helpful and friendly. I truly recommend Low Country Credit.

Working with this company has been a complete 360. I got swindled into buying my truck at the rivers tru auto by the shady sales manager but after working with miss Sue and then my current agent Tammie they always got my back. My account is always current, they work with me on extensions even when i was down and out looked out for me to be able to pay my payment by not cutting off my vehicle. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER MET . They are literally getting paid to do nothing but answer phones every problem I have has to wait until they manager is available which seems to be never I will never in my life go through them again and glad my car has totaled
