I had three loans with this company over the last few years. I used almost all the money I borrowed on repairs and maintenance on my vehicles. I believed I had a good working relationship with the employees. However, when my auto was in the shop longer than expected and I missed a payment, I was told I would be given an extension to make the payment. That was a lie. Less than a week after I brought it back from the shop they towed it. After just paying a $300 repair bill. That wasn't the only lie I was told. I was also told that my license plate would be turned in to the DMV. I now owe the DMV $155 because my tag was lost and not turned in. Two words, Untrustworthy, and Deceitful.

I enjoyed being helped by Vanessa and turning. They worked very well as a team to get things done for me. Thank you guys so much.
