Navy Federal Credit Union N Wilson Rd, Radcliff

I had to change banks. Omar (the guy that worked the front) at the radcliff, ky branch accused me of cutting the line. I was already in the line (with my wallet and phone left at the counter) and had to go back out to get my ID. In the span of the 15 seconds or so a lady walked in with me. The guy was really confrontational and not what you want to deal with when getting your money. The lady that walked in with me was assuring the bank associate that it's ok, but that wasn't good enough for him. Really caused a scene. I asked to close the account right then and there with absolutely no apology from anyone. Its the closest bank from my home, but it isn't worth the hassle. I really hope Noone has to experience this embarrassing from their bank.

My husband and I opened our account several years ago and we have never been disappointed with navy federal services. The people are very kind and professional and they treat you like your special and not just a number. We would and have recommended this bank to family members and friends. 👍🏽

Rolling over a CD was made so simple by Rep. Jamie. She was very well verse in their products. I was able to get a higher rate, although only for a year, on a special promotion they're having. I'll take it! Thanks Jamie!

Everyone worked really hard to make me get my loan check same day. Even while all the cards were stacked against it.

This location is slow and has no drive up window or ATM but all in all, wonderful bank. The only reason I have any credit.

They should just change the name to Bank of America! It’s all about profits and not the members! I left this bank 2 years ago and recently decided to give them another try and well guess what? It’s didn’t get better it actually just got worse!!

I tried to come here to get my debit card replaced and their doors were locked. I got there at around 1:38pm and the advertised closing time was 2pm on this day. I really hate when companies do this. If you close before 2pm, update the advertised close time. This is simply poor customer service. I drove a fair distance to get here too, hoping I would make it in time and when I technically did, it didn't matter, meaning it also caused me to waste gas. Would not recommend this particular location to anyone. Doesn't matter how nice and friendly they may be, if they don't stick to the times that are advertised, it's essentially lying to anyone who reads it.

Walgreens always super nice they say hi to everyone that walks in the door I'll help you get whatever you need. I should probably shop there more often but I choose to go to Walmart most of the time

Navy Federal Credit Union at the Radcliff, KY location has shown their childish and non professional attitude today. The credit union is part of a mini mall and connected to other local Radcliff businesses. They all share a parking lot. No particular suite owns a section of the parking lot allowing customers to park anywhere. Next store to this particular Navy Federal Credit Union there is a Crossfit gym co owned by an individual who is an active duty soldier. The Navy Federal Credit Union manager has caused some friction. They feel that Crossfit customers can not park in the parking lot in front of the Crossfit gym. Today the individuals who work at the Navy Federal Credit Union decided they were going to act like children. They all got together and decided that they were going to park in front of the gym at once this morning. As they walked into the credit union they smiled and laughed at all the Crossfit customers as they were working out. I guess Navy Federal Credit Union was going to prove some sort of point. This gym is a local business and supports other local businesses. Not only do they support local businesses but they also support their community. With the down sizing of the military local business around military posts have been negatively effected. Navy Federal Credit Union is suppose to support Military Members and hopefully the community as a whole. But right next store to the credit union is a local business co owned by an active duty military member and the Navy Federal Credit union at the Radcliff, KY location shows their support by laughing at his customers.

Had to visit from Cincinnati, as I needed to visit a physical branch. Best customer service as usual. Thank you.
