Purchased a vehicle in April I paid cash for. The salesman, Robert, said he would feel safe putting his kids in this car knowing I was buying it for my daughter. Saturday, two month’s after purchasing the car the clutch went out. In addition we saw that the wires were sticking out of the front wheels on the inside where it is not visible unless it is on a lift. The repairs will cost $1,800, for a car I just paid $4,000 for. Do not buy a car from this place! Please allow me to add pictures of the worn tires that could not have happened in the two months since the purchase of this vehicle as stated in the response by Atlas cars. In addition, in two months, the clutch, clutch plate and flywheel could not have deteriorated by driving the vehicle, as stated by the mechanic doing the $1,800 work on this vehicle. The lot intentionally put two bald, wire coming out of the side tires on this car and said it was safe enough he would put his own kids in it! When I called them to ask foe an appointment to get the car repair at. “Their shop” it was going to be three weeks (July 13th) before they could look at it, like I didn’t need it before then. Really? They are glad I did business with them, I’m not glad! They are happy to help, no! They sold me an overpriced car that needs $1,800 worth of work not including the tires it needs! Don’t buy your car here! If you did, I hope you have enough money saved up to get it fixed!

Chris was awesome! He got me approved to get the truck the i wanted for affordable payments, he was nice and polite, and was very quick to help me as soon as i walked through the door! I had a great experience today!

I applied online. Robert called me the next day. He answered any questions I had through the whole process. He was able to get me approved for a car with what i had for a down payment. My payments are affordable. I would definitely recommend Atlas in Radcliff to anyone who is looking for a dependable car.

Salesman told me they double the price of cars they buy at auction. Also told me they don't do much work to them. Told me about one car on lot that exhaust fumes were coming into the interior of the car. They we're selling like that. What kind of business is going to knowingly sell a car that they know is gonna kill someone. I will never set foot back onto their lots. Either one of them. I suggest everyone stay off this lot. Maybe some of you had great experience and that's great for you. I also had been to this lot about 4 years ago and test drove two trucks they had. One had transmission slipping and other had an oil leak. I decided to try again because they did have some good looking cars on the two lots. I thought maybe had gotten better since last visit. Nope. Still the same. If you do go to this lot, test drive a car, I highly recommend taking it to mechanic and completely looked at before purchasing.

Robert was very professional and honest. We had a huge issue trying to find a reasonable car else where and really wanting an SUV. Robert found us a car that met our needs. Even with low credit. We walked away that day with the car we wanted! I will continue to return here!

My husband and I were looking for an SUV for me. I needed something 4 wheel drive for work with the winter season coming upon us soon. Chris was helping us that day. I looked at everything I wanted to. Drove all I wanted to. He was very accommodating. He has the patience of a saint! The process was fun and easy! I picked a 2006 Jeep Liberty. Very happy! Chris is the best! All I have to say now is..Come on snow! 😂

I had recently bought a car from a different car lot and it ended up having mold all throughout the trunk and ending up on the vents. I am highly allergic and have a 1 year old daughter and just couldn’t handle the sickness it caused us. I came into Atlas to see what they had and they were so professional and highly concerned for both my daughter and self. I came in 1 day and left the same day in a new vehicle! I would absolutely recommend them and will be back for another vehicle!

Purchased a nice car. Office staff is very nice no issues what so ever. I was advised up front of the car needing breaks and rotors and that the muffler had a hole in it. The price of the car was great and the issues have been fixed with no hassle. From the previous posts sounds like some people just want something handed to them.

Matt was amazing! All my needs were listened to and taken into consideration, he definitely went above and beyond to find a car that met my family's needs. I most definitely didn't feel like "just another sale"
