WILL NOT RELEASE FUNDS OR LET YOU SPEAK TO A MANAGER I unfortunately DO NOT have the luxury of Direct Deposit with my employer. Manual paychecks are not handed out until 4:30pm on payday. My last payday was Friday, March 25, 2022. That day I was purchasing a newer vehicle at a dealership. I received the loan through this bank. However, it look well over an hour on the phone and well over a half an hour at the local branch after receiving preapproval. Without these additional delays, I would have submitted my paycheck before their 6:00pm deadline. Once approved after a very small amount released that day, the remainder would have been available Saturday morning. Due to the delays, I am being told the remainder of my paycheck will not be available until Tuesday. March 29, 2022. This is per my call to the bank, Monday, March 28, 2022. An additional 4 days later. Really? I ask to speak to the supervisor manager and was informed there turnaround time is 1 to 2 business days. Therefore, I cannot speak to another person regarding this until after a minimum of Tuesday after my funds have been released. They are will to lose both my loan and banking due to their delays. DO NOT DO anything with this bank or they will screw you. This isn’t the first issue I have had with this bank, but it will be the last.

Teller ID: 52862, @ 3:27PM, working the Drive Thru was rude and unprofessional. Navy Federal has high expectations of their employees when working with members; I know this because prior to me moving from VA I worked at a branch there. We treated our members with the upmost dignity and respect. We treated everyone the same way regardless of whether they were depositing $5 or $5000. If whoever she is feels it’s beneath her to deal with small deposits from members, make sure that the Drive Up “ATM” is working properly at all times.

Good morning, Navy Federal continues to hinder Veteran Owned Businesses from growing and supporting their community's. NFCU choices to manipulate the consumers accounts in order to charge penalties, these business practices should be illegal and NFCU should be held responsible if not liable for the theft and hardship imposed onto its small business owners. In the current social climate in which we find ourselves along with the financial impacts from Covid-19. How can a financial institution (who stands on the shoulders of Veterans to call themselves tall) whose business " Principles " are that of, "For the Veteran" be so false. This institution is crippling the small business owner and enjoying every minute of it. Sam - 05/10/2022

I love this bank, and I do like this location for the drive thru's (one drive thru atm) and another outdoor located atm you can walk up to. So far the customer service has always been good. Its usually quite crowded though.

Brandon has the worst customer service ever. He's definitely not about the customer. He took his time attending to customers and let Cindy do the majority of work. We watched him look at the line act as if he was putting coin rolls away and even came back to the counter and waited an additional 10 minutes before helping the next guest. His attitude and demeanor was even negative and cold not welcoming at all, no greeting when you walk up at all which made the experience dreadful. Let's do better Brandon everyone isn't at their best spirits these days but you're in a customer service role.

I had to use the Riverview NFCU on three occasions this past week and had the pleasure of being taken cared of by Liz. NFCU staff members like Liz and her superb service and professionalism is the reason I have used NFCU for 37 years.

Worst location ever. Plus when I was walking out two employees were standing there talking and she saw me walking out. Once I got to the second set of doors they were locked and mind you she could have warned me the doors were locked and once I pushed on the door to walk out I slammed into the glass door and hurt my wrist. I looked back dismayed because why would they stand there talking and not tell me that. I’m really furious and can not believe she simply told me to have a good day when I asked her if she saw me walking out or not? Like she stood there and laughed before coming to unlock the door so I can leave. I feel like she did it on purpose because I’m African American to be honest. Like Navy Federal you all are bad business. I shouldn’t have had to visit this location in the first place due to them printing me the incorrect check for my pre-approval auto loan that the car dealership called me stating it was a copy and not an actual check. I gave the dealership what I was given and this was so inconveniencing have to go back to Navy Federal for something that should have been completed a week ago.

Nothing but issues with Navy Fed as of late. I have been a member for over twenty years. As soon as my loans are paid off with them, I will leave. The call center people are rude and unhelpful. If you start asking them questions they immediately say this conversation is going no where, I am ending the call. And hang up on you. Some questions are answered well if you would have read your contract you'd know. This one bank that I wish would fold and go under.
