I believe that I was racially profiled at this branch. The questions that were asked about a legitimate check were inappropriate and highly offensive. The young ladies were not rude with their tone while asking the questions but the questions were inappropriate and offensive. I was told by the manager and head teller that the tellers were only protecting me but I felt more interrogated than protected. After speaking with the head teller, Carla M. she was helpful and asked appropriate questions pertaining to the check and I felt protected by the questions she had asked me. The branch manager, Carla C. was also unhelpful and asked inappropriate questions, again feeling more like an interrogation rather than protection. At some point Carla C mentioned that if the check is fake it will be turned over to the authorities. It feels more like she is telling me ramifications rather than protecting me. Perhaps the head teller should be the manager and assist in training everyone involved in this situation. Thank you, Carla M. for your professionalism and asking me an appropriate question about the (legitimate) check.

No money in the atm. No one from customer service can tell me which atms in the area have money in them. I drive to the next closest atm-- no receipt paper. Customer service tells me there’s nothing they can do until Monday at 8am, they’re the wrong customer service I have to talk to member services. If I can’t access my money I at least want access to a human being that can help. Navigant will give you neither. If you're looking for a bank that can't get their sh*t together and by the way their atms operate are running out of money Navigant is your place :)

Customer service is extremely unprofessional and inconsistent! When on the phone, JODY is the absolute worst! I could tell innumerable stories about her but the fact is that she is very rude , inarticulate and impatient and really doesn’t belong in this line of work. When I call about a declined transaction my spouse made, it shouldn’t be a problem to let me resolve it since it’s a JOINT account and I can verify my identity just as well as my busy husband. CHANGING BANKS!

The most disgusting bank manager I have ever encountered! She's an absolute slob! Absolutely no customer service skills. She says she's been with the bank for 40 years! Lazy and obnoxious!

DO NOT BANK HERE. ALL THEY DO IS CHARGE YOU FEE AFTER FEE AND TELL YOU THEY ARE THE SAME THING. THIS IS THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER HAD. PLEASE IF THERE IS ONE THING I DO WITH MY LIFE IT IS TO WARN OTHERS TO NOT BANK WITH NAVIGANT!!!

Hi , I have been with Navigant CU for many years , Always very efficient , friendly and professional . The wait time's sometimes a bit long , but that's no matter where you go . Keep up the great work ladies and gent's .

I have been turned over from Dexter Crédit Union to Navigant. It has been a month and so far there has been nothing but problems. I have had 3 different issues with them. First one their ATMS claim they take money and then you go and use the service and no it doesn't really work. Second they charge you overdraft fees anticipating that your account will be in the negative when your account is still positive. Then you have to waste your time and call to get it removed which they think they are doing you a favor....ummm no. Third they opt you into things you know nothing about or never authorized. They claim to record every call and they listen to it when you put a complain but when you want to listen to your call it becomes a "privacy" issue...give me a break. Done with them, taking my business elsewhere. And lastly beware because they claim that putting gas with your debit card is a notest recommended since Cumberland Farms holds $100 dollars which you obviously don't pump into your car but can't use until the hold is off.

They don't have a 24 hour call center. They sneakily charge you overdraft fees when you have available funds and don't show it in your bank history. I did a transaction of 2k and it's 4 days later the amount has not been processed in my account and the other person's bank and the app we both used said it was sent and I even triple checked the account information.... My bf did the same transaction later than I did with Pawtucket credit union and already has the money. Oh and the app for your phone is even worse. Doesn't even show my routing information. I have to actually look it up online... I have had about enough and I will be switching banks.

“Olga Chavarriaga” was my loan coordinator, she was suppose to help me with the process of my loans but chickened out on me and left office for extended amount of days, Resulting In missing out on my opportunity. Very unprofessional
