I recently worked with Christina and it was an absolute dream! Navigating auto and home insurance can be confusing and challenging but Christina knows her stuff and was extremely thorough - and patient!!! I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that I worked with her for over a year in getting quotes for my insurance before I actually purchased coverage with her. I had been with my current carrier over 20 years so it was not a decision I made lightly. Called looking for auto insurance and what I got was great service and great value. Normally when you call an insurance agency they give you the lowest rate with whatever insurance they are teamed up with. However, with Loiselle Insurance my agent Ali, worked her butt off to really customize it to what I needed with getting me the lowest rate that was BY FAR the lowest of the 5+ agencies that I called. I was actually buying a car that day and needed insurance immediately, Ali was awesome and even stayed after they closed to be able to send me the insurance cards I needed in order to drive 6 hours back home. That would have been awful if I had to stay overnight there. Can't say enough about Ali and Loiselle Insurance, seriously, they're top notch!!!
