Fall River Pawn Brokers Dexter St, Central Falls

Some fair deals, nothing great. Product seems to sit on the shelves for a while and I have seen a counterfeit guitar for sale there.

Went in to pawn an item for $30 and was asked how much it would cost to pick it up. Was told very clearly $38. Then when the lady comes back with cash and ticket it says redemption price is $43 and when i ask why she says its a handling fee...so i ask why she didnt tell me and her response is to tell me if i dont like it i can take the item back. I get it. They're cheap. Thats expected. But downright liars? Ive been a customer for quite some time and bought WAY more than ive sold here. I will go elsewhere from now on. I would give 0 stars if i could

It’s a pawn store so I'm not telling you anything you don’t already know, but they excel at being cheap and terrible. If you enjoy being ripped off or having your time wasted then this is your place! I would highly suggest going somewhere else.

Horrible anddissapoint with this place but i am going really serious with this in special the big men and the little lady that work there they think that they are so rude even if you just need to ask a question... I will be in touch with the owner of this place

I had bought few items from them. Today I experience the horrible services... I called before I head to them specific told the store manager that I bought such item there that I would like to sale back if that's OK. He said ok hanged up so I head it 20 min drive to get there and the assistance manager to try me to get intimated by no even tell me how much I could get for the item . She kept telling me we won't give you not even half of your purchase . So I said ok how much you give me. she kept with I don't want to offend you but so with a bad vibe like I was getting upset cus it's so ridiculous how much it was spend and bought from them straight smacked you in the face like "WE GOT YOUR MONEY" Then store manager come to try me like a fool. I even told him "COSTUMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT AND HE SAID NOT THEY ARE NOT" WORST EXPERIENCE EVER LIKE TAKE GOOD CARE OF THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE YOUS MONEY AND STOP PLAYING LIKE FOOLS....Bad Services shame on them... I get mad at the whole situation and for the STORE MANAGER TO TELL ME I GOT AN ATTITUDE LIKE ALL I WANTED WAS TO SALE THE ITEM PERIOD.

Place is a big ripp off I advise people to never go there and they should shut the Place down.

They help me out when it comes to loans all the time been coming here for about 2-3 years(before they merged store's to Dexter St.) now customer service is what you expect from a professional business. 4 of 5 because of underpricing on certain items.

Bad customer service, this place is a rip off they are very picky about what they take doesn't matter if it's jewelry or electronic Also charges to much if you leave your things in there late always looking to get over by leaving hidden fees out , DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME I suggest Pawtucket pawn it's about a mile away best pawn shop around top dollar and maybe extra they treat you like family and very professional with good deals on everything

Worst pawn shop ever !! Manager got a bad attitude ! They sold me a broken item and wouldnt exchange it ! Horrible store and worse employees!! Id give this place a zero star if i could ! Do not go!!!!
