I took several gold jewelry pieces to this business with the intention of selling them and with it being my first experience going to a pawn shop I really didn’t know what to expect. My experience was extremely positive! I would highly recommend this business to anyone. The customer service I received was exceptional. Thank you to Mark and Chris who are extremely professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions. They’re patient and are thorough in explaining everything and I can’t say enough how happy I am to have gone to this business to sell the gold I just didn’t have use for anymore. He was kind, professional & gave great suggestions on how I could sell other items that they were not interested in. These guys (and gals) have proven themselves again and again - over MANY years - that's integrity. I bought a sound system for a local church - they let us try it for a few weeks and when it wasn't a good fit - they made sure to put together a system from what they had on the floor that literally has the angels singing now! This was my first ever experience with a pawn shop. I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. But I was greeted and helped right away by Jessica, she was such a sweetheart and was able to educate me on the hand me down jewelry I was interested in selling. She explained to me what every piece was worth and why and what pieces I was better off keeping. I was able to be paid much more than I was expecting, and I was so happy with the entire experience! I just went in to get a price for a Surface Go tablet that I had because I purchased a new one. I had a great experience with the staff and was impressed by their knowledge of everything for sale at their store. I recommend coming here because they are fair and I left extremely happy. Their products are unique and they send out their items to verify their authenticity. That gave me peace of mind buying from them. They offer great quality, great prices, and are nice to work with. I would even go in if you just want to shop and not pawn or sell. It's worth checking out and you can get great products at great prices that you feel comfortable with.

Incredible service! I have never worked with a pawn shop before, and for this instance, I found a gem product of theirs from an online posting so I was unsure how it would go. My goodness I can truly say listen to all the raving reviews because their service was incredible. They were so accommodating as an online exchange, testing the products beforehand and making sure it safely shipped with priority mail. They were so kind and incredibly understanding. I wish I was local to see more, but this is a sign if you are to give them a shot!

I saw a modestly priced lens that fit my Nikon camera, on FB Marketplace. The shop that was advertising it was within a convenient driving distance, so I went for a ride. The staff was helpful and courteous. The lens was described accurately and in perfect order... a good value. I will be a return customer, for sure.

Hands down the best pawn shop around!!! They give fair prices and EXECEPTIONAL customer service they are always polite, attentive and always are courteous and keep your privacy in mind when going in and trying to get a loan. I have been a customer for over 5 years and I have always seen the staff show the highest quality of professionalism and customer service. If I wasn’t able to make it into the shop by the time they closed and I owed a payment on my loan they were very understanding and let me go in to pay it the next day- I have unfortunately found that this is very very RARE at other pawn shops in the Pawtucket area this generous act of understanding and compassion is something that truly sets them apart from any other pawn shop. I can’t speak highly enough about this business! I had never done business with a pawn shop before so I was a little intimidated by the process but this place is so great. They walk you through the entire process and everyone is so friendly. At this point I have sold multiple jewelry items to them at a great price point. I have purchased 2 laptops and today I got a 28 inch Toshiba smart TV with an Amazon fire stick for a reallly incredible deal! Everything I have bought works just like new.. I have been going to see Eric, Scott and cliff since 2004. They are honest trustworthy and the only ones we take our jewelry to be fixed. They also do great custom pieces. We love all the employees they are great to work with. If you ever have a problem just let them know and they are their to rectify the situation. I’m a return customer and will always there. Everyone there is pleasant and go out of their way to help you.

Cliff, Eric and Scott give top-notch service, and I always receive great prices. It's well worth a visit. UPDATE: I recently went to them to change a diamond ring setting and ended up having a ring custom designed. Arielle was wonderful to deal with and so helpful throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond to help me and also gave me great input. I initially was looking for gemstones to surround my solitaire (thinking I couldn’t afford additional diamonds) and ended up with beautiful blue diamonds in a channel setting—all for an unbelievable price. I now have a one-of-a-kind ring that I receive many compliments on, to which I always tell them Fast Cash is so much more than a pawn shop and is my go-to-place for diamonds.

I was in search for a chain as an anniversary gift. I called around to check availability for what I was looking for and was treated as if I was a window shopper. this was my first experience pawning anything anywhere and I have to say that the people at fast Cash pawn and check cashing we're not only professional but they acted like they were my friend. They explained everything about the items that I was pulling and why they were worth what they were worth. They tested everything I brought in two televisions and three laptops and I was quite satisfied that I was being taken care of fairly. I want to give a special attaboy to a man named Rob. He spent an hour or so with me I made the whole experience enjoyable as opposed to painful. if I have the need the pawn anything again I will go right to their store and do business with him with a smile on my face. They're super helpful at this store but today was extra special. I went there during a snowstorm,while they were locking up and they let me in even with all the lights out to retrieve my Nintendo switch that my son has been waiting so long for. I recently purchase a Hummer H3 from this pawnshop. Bryan went over everything I needed to know about the vehicle, test drive was smooth, and he was knowledgeable. I finished my deal with Mark, great guy took care of the paperwork. Ran into a few hiccups at the DMV but Mark was ready and available to help me out to make sure everything was correct. Made sure I was taken care for the inconvenience. Overall I would definitely do business here again! I looked forward to stopping in to the shop and buying some items!!!

I went in this afternoon to cash a state lottery check that I won yesterday. No longer are there local banks that these checks are drawn from. I wanted this money separate from my household income so I decided to stop here and pay the small percentage fee. Although I’m not personally worried about the area of town I can see that some people would be but I liked that there was a security button upon entry. I was greeted very kindly by the woman behind the jewelry counter and she did not in anyway shape or form tried to push anything on me. This to me was an amazing relief! She did however point me in the right direction to cash this check. The gentleman who cash my check was diligent and looked in the system for my name as I have no recollection if I did or did not cash a check here before I do remember coming I don’t remember the outcome. Give me a break though life is busy lol. That being said he took probably 20+ minutes off of me doing useless redundant paperwork and everything was a breeze. Upon leaving I was going to look at the drills but my I caught a nice fender amp that I knew my son would appreciate having. The gentleman that took my purchase for the amp, make sure I was well aware that there was a moneyback return policy and also a 30 day a store credit policy. As I know nothing about the quality of amps he still offered to plug it in for me and place something. I had to be honest and tell him not to waste his time because I honestly didn’t know what I was looking for. He was very kind and honest and again told me well that it wasn’t a problem and if I wasn’t satisfied I could get my cash back no problem. All in all I have to say this isn’t the typical check cashing or pawn shop store. I had no pressure to look never mind purchase anything and every single individual working in the store was nothing but kind and helpful if I needed it. The amazing thing was I know we’re supposed to barter at these shops and I’ve had a long day I wasn’t prepared to sit there and go back-and-forth between a $10 bill for this amplifier however the gentleman that took the purchase came right out and said let me see if I can do a better price for you! Don’t let Pawtucket or the area scareAnyone away remember we don’t judge books by their cover that’s what’s written inside. I have an online bank so I can not cash in my checks easily. I try to go to other banks back it is such an hassle. But going through the this pawnshop made it soo much easier. No hassle and you get your cash right there.

I've had to cash a few checks here and they are pretty fair about what checks they will accept. dont pay too much when you're trying pawn something but that's the nature of the business. Need cash this is the only place in the area

First time going in and first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the place was. Then was helped by Jess and Rob to trade in some stuff and they were amazing. Even while we waited they made us feel welcomed and very relaxed. Also, I was able to buy a lineup card from their sports memorabilia section and at a fair price and it was authenticated. I arrived with a bag of raw silver given to me from a friend of mine who works in a jewelry production factory. It was not fashionable jewelry. It was only Rough pieces of assorted assessments In a raw state of form. Pieces that was normal be added onto a finished piece. He only was interested in taking a piece which only consisted to equal an amount of $13.00 worth of silver The piece was a half finished piece or temple for a half bracelet kind of object. It left me confused. And yet I was reluctant to ask him why? I am very confused as to why only $13.00 was valuable enough to accept. This being my kind of luck I didn’t ask why for the reason being he is only allowed to provide me with a scripted answer thats only provides me General information other than wisdom. (That is obviously not his fault) It is only a form of control to only further suppress us people. 🤔 but Nonetheless the gentleman who helped me out today answered many of my curious questions and also provided extra detail it was very informative. The man was also very sincere and actually very kind to me being that I was having a horrible day ( The beginning to the very end of my life. I was initially trying to just get rid of all her jewelry I had bought her a engagement ring) I was very sad and probably not very easy talk to me because the simple fact that “Misery does love company”. All in return he did a good job at cheering me up with his Ora of kind energy. 🤙🏻
