This branch of State Farm in Washougal, WA is outstanding. All of the office staff is friendly, knowledgeable and will spend the time to help you. I especially want to shout to Deanna Evans at the office who works out and explains any issues. I highly recommend this branch!!

On April 1, my husband and I made the decision to switch our auto and home insurance providers. We had been with the same agent and company for 24 years and were looking to lower our costs and find an agent in or near our hometown of Camas. I had been putting off the switch for the past three years, because I considered it a monumental, stressful, and undesirable undertaking, as I perceive anything to do with insurance to be. In March I bit the bullet and reached out to State Farm in Washougal, connecting with Deanna Evans. Not only did she immediately set my mind at ease, but she couldn’t have been nicer nor easier to work with. She listened to my concerns, as well as what I was looking for regarding my insurance needs and was quickly able to send me policies to review. There was never any pressure to switch, and it felt as if I were talking to an old friend the entire time, one who had my best interests at heart. Every time I get a new vehicle I call and ask for Tiffany Jones to do my policy. She always greets me in a professional manner and gets me the coverage I need in no time. Have had only amazingly positive experiences with this office!!! They have gone above and beyond to help my husband and I with several things that have come up for us. We have had insurance with others before and even with other State Farm locations, but they are by far the best! Always taking care of us and they always answer the phone so positively! They are truly kind and compassionate people!!!! I have worked a lot with Tiffany and she has been phenomenal by calling us back quickly with resolutions to our issues and just truly going the extra mile to ensure our issues are handled appropriately. I have never felt like I am bothering her because she is always so cheerful. I have also talked with Deanna and she has been wonderful as well! I always know that whoever answers the phone there that they will do an outstanding job and with a great attitude!! The whole office is so professional and caring! I switched over to state farm in 2018. I was surprised when they were able to offer me the best prices with the best coverage. They continued to be the best price for our family, even with adding in two teenage drivers. They helped us with difficult insurance questions when we turned our home into a rental property. Many of the gals have gone above and beyond by calling and making sure they were getting the correct answers to my questions, and providing the right coverage to protect my family. My husband was transferred out of state and it was then I realized how incredibly blessed I had been to have worked with such a wonderful insurance agency with the Nathan Loren office. I called and worked with dozens of new agents, to try and find a new insurance company that would provide good coverage and prices, AND good service. NOPE! Did not find a single one. When we got word that our family was going to be moving back to WA, I immediately called Tiffany to find out if she could quote us even though we would not be in the Washougal area. It was such a relief to be able to work with real people again. Not just real people but genuine, kind and helpful people. I can call any time and get a person who is invested in my situation and join me in finding a solution. I am so happy I get to switch my policies back to the Nathan Loren State Farm agency. I have more coverage with cheaper prices; and agents who will talk with me in great detail about the coverage I have and what is best for my family. I currently have homeowners, renters, auto and an umbrella policy with them and could not be happier.

Christina was so quick and helpful in obtaining coverage for my home, car, and life insurance. She made the experience easy, and contacted all the necessary parties on my behalf to avoid any lapse in coverage. She is incredibly nice, and I would absolutely recommend workin with her!

I was referred to Christina Miller with Nathan Loren Insurance Agency two months ago. Christina has offered me exceptional guidance and service with her solid knowledge and professionalism. She has perfectly matched State Farm's insurance offerings to my needs while graciously and quickly providing all the info/clarifications I needed to switch my auto insurance policy (to a better coverage/lower premium than the previous company) and to apply for my first Medicare Supplement/Medigap policy. She also helped me change my Medicare Part D plan and submitted that application. Medicare plans are complex and extremely time consuming to understand. I feel confident that I got the most suitable plan at the lowest possible cost without compromising coverage/quality. Thank you Nathan & Christina!

Hands-down the best insurance company! Called yesterday to establish a new type of insurance, was off the phone in less than 3 minutes, and later that morning I got a call to go over the new coverage options. So good! When you call, you get a real person. Our entire family switched from other insurances because of how quality and easy Nathan Loren and the team make everything.
