iQ Credit Union E St, Washougal

A huge thank you to Acacia and the other ladies working on June 17, 2022. We came in with a complicated transaction, they exceeded our expectations and did an amazing job. Quickly coming up with a creative solution to our situation. Could not be more happy with IQ and their team of employees. Thank you, thank you for a very smooth transaction, you all went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations.

I belonged to this bank when it was first lacma's credit union. It had the best service. Now it is like bad. They don't answer the phone, long lines and whoever designed your new website sucks. Who is running this particular credit union. If I want to do online banking all the time I would move my money with better customer quickness. Since last review. I changed it. It's gotten way better.

Wells Fargo did not call on time for our home equity over the phone appointment. Two hours later I called them and was told they were busy. I am a 30+ years client and have significant funds in long term IRAs and other bonds. I won't move our money, but will not add money to Wells moving forward. Decided to try IQ. We had talked with them several years back about long term savings strategies but their interest rates were just a fraction lower than Wells. Got set up in about an hour and should sign documents in a few days from this post. So far it appears to be going good. More to come... Started our house rehab project and many thanks to IQ for the financing.

I've been banking here for 3 years. This bank has always treated me very well! They have been very knowledgeable about any questions I have or have someone on staff who can answer my questions quickly.

Alyssa Wildharber was very responsive and helpful with us getting our loan set up! She is very nice and I would recommend her to anyone who goes to this location!

Been banking here for years. I've never had any issues with them. Staff is always friendly and helpful whenever a problem arises, and are always quick to get it taken care of. Doubt I'll ever bank elsewhere at this point.

In my time at iq, I have been charged $30 from pulling money out at their own atm in the parking lot(accidentally pulled from the wrong account and they charged me a transfer fee, which I think is ridiculous), have had my debit card cancelled twice with not even a phone call to let me know about it, and now have gotten screwed over by their atm again when it reset while I was trying to pull out money. It never gave me the money and now I have to wait till monday to get it back. I was trying to buy a car this weekend and it will likely sell to someone else now.

I was working with this establishment to settle my mother's estate who had passed. They didn't fully inform me of how a process worked and took advantage of my ignorance to squeeze the estate for an additional $10,000. If you want all the fun of being screwed by a bank, but with that "small town feel," I recommend IQ CU.

Dont take your change here, I counted my change before I brought it to the counting machine I had exactly 8 dollars and 57 cents when I walked in the counter said it was 6 dollars and 37 cents. I asked them about it and they said there was nothing wrong with the machine. $2.20 I lost out of $8.57. That is theft out right, at least walmart tells you they are charging a fee.

The atm has been down for several days. At both credit union locations. Helluva way to run a business!
