Called to get my online log in reset but the 1 person that can do it wasn’t available. There isnt anyone else who has access to assist with online banking….not even a supervisor. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because Courtney was very nice & did what she could to assist.

it’s honestly ridiculous how hard it is to get in contact with these people. They won’t answer the phone so that I can pay my bills on time. But they will turn around and send me an email saying my payment is past due. No online payment system and they charge $10 to pay your bill over the phone.

Been with these guys since 2016, very understanding people. I've made about 3 overdraft mistakes due to policy changes but they've refunded my money after an explanation. Definitely an amazing bank if youre starting your first debit account and still learning how to work with bank cards.

Terrible customer service !!!!!!!! I had my car note for 2 years never missed a payment . And fell thru hardship that caused me to be two payments late . I got a call from a Eva Lyons and she threatened me with legal. Sent a repo vendor to my house. The repo knocked on my door and used my sister cell phone to ask when I would be home so they can get the car. Let me just add , I told Eva I will have a payment in two weeks where I can get it current and would dedicate my whole paycheck to pay . She did not care at all. All she keeps saying is to turn the car in. She constantly cuts me off and does not care about anything. Especially being a good paying customer for two years and still have intent to pay. Just horrible !!! I will never do business with these people again ! The worst collections i ever seen. I never expected to be treated this way after having a hardship and was intended to pay.

I been with them since 2015 and they been great to me. They're nice and respectful to there customers.

I've called them several times an have never spoken to anyone because my calls were never picked up. I've even had the patience to wait a hour on hold.

By far one of the worst banks I ever worked with. They don’t listen to you, they also give you a lot of attitude when you ask them to do something. Ms Ava is the worst at customer service I don’t even know how she has a job there. She is the most rudest disgusting attitude having person I ever met. She reminds me of the witch from the Middle East mole an all. She’s a very demonic person!!!! So If i were you I would stay away from this bank.

I’d give them half a star if I could, but I can’t so I guess one will do. Anyhow, this is an amazing bank, if you are stuck 40 years in the past. They do not offer most of the convenient features provided by most banks today and have inconvenienced me countless times by overdrafting my account because they hold transactions forever. I’d say more but not worth my time. Do NOT bank here unless you don’t care who handles your money.

Avoid auto financing through this institution. Their policies are not favorable compared to other institutions with comparable interest rates. Update: Got this lovely email today. Notice my payment is not even 30 days late as a matter of fact it is 15 days and they threaten repossession of my vehicle? Do yourself a favor stay away from this bank and their horrible financing practices.

NAE has been really good with me and they are very understanding only have been with them 1 1/2 years and I like the way I have been treated
